とても良かったです。

Clean room and great room service. Quiet district for night and we like it! No congestion or honking like in Jie Fang Bei. Good breakfast where you can try local specialty food and some western food choices. The Serene Spa massage is amazing. (It’s not cheap but the skills of their massage are great.

The room was smoke free and pretty clean. I did find it a bit warm and difficult to turn the thermostat down. The staff were warm, attentive and friendly and would go out of their way just to come to my door and ask if I needed things. Here’s the problem: the hotel advertises itself as having English language service, and in truth this service was very limited. I chose this hotel because it was a USA based hotel chain that advertised English service. I had difficulty communicating with most staff, both of us using translator apps that did not always communicate the right thing. Even ordering room service off their own menu was a headache. A few times it seemed more senior staff had to be pulled away from other duties to help me which I felt guilty about. I don’t expect ALL staff at a hotel in China to have fluent or stronger working English but I was surprised so few did. Worse, because as a foreign tourist I did not have a Chinese phone number, the staff wanted my Chinese friend’s number, and asked for her to translate. She was not staying with me the whole time and this was not an option, plus it was a burden on her.

overall is good but there's a strong drainage smell in the washroom area, yet the hotel E&M team cannot solved

晚上酒店附近有人鬼哭狼嚎唱KTV，早上旁边房间一直有人敲门，总体隔音效果很一般

非常好的住宿体验，预定的行政高楼层房间，很美的江景和夜景。圣诞节装饰也很漂亮，小孩很喜欢。工作人员都很热情，酒店早餐也不错，有地道的肥肠面，锅盔和蟹粥。

一切都超級棒，包含餐飲員工素質等等

重慶萬豪酒店非常棒,尤其登上50樓可以飽覽整個嘉陵江及長江夜景,是一間非常適合差旅或是度假的酒店

Quite a new Hotel!

酒店服務好，環境很棒，周邊很寧靜，出行也很方便。房間很大，用具很乾淨。美中不足是，房内放冰箱的櫃子跟房間很不適合。

check in staff is too busy with her work giving no interactions with guest that makes feel unfriendly and impersonal, concierge staff pretty helpful on the other hand. I like the room setting though.

I traveled to Chongqing by myself, I found myself needing a lot of help. The Hotel Staff helped me in Everyday. I wouldn’t stay anywhere elseZ
