ハード ロック ホテル深セン (深圳硬石酒店)

建物ももちろんですが、部屋の細部までこだわりのあるホテルです。 朝食もすごく美味しくて、最高でした。 バスルームも広くて快適。ヨガもできるみたいです。

The rooms looked and felt modern and new to me. You could find USB charging ports and LED lights on the bathroom mirror. Besides the modern amenities, the room itself was spacious, with a large round bath tub as well as separate area for shower and toilet. Breakfast served was buffet with both Western and Chinese food like congee and dumplings that you would get in most hotels in China. Now for the area of improvement - My only complaint was the lounge. We had opted to buy the lounge package (Royal Royalty King room) that included access to the lounge during our stay, Having been to a lounge in Hong Kong, I was really surprised the lounge was just another room that looked like a restaurant than a lounge. There were tables and chairs but no comfortable sofas and space that you would expect from a proper lounge. Even the food choice was bad. You only got a tiramisu or strawberry (bite-sized) cakes and slices of watermelons and dragon fruits and that's all. Drinks were self-served from a coffee machine or from tea bags, or u could get a can of coke or a lager from the fridge. There was a bar that had no one. Overall, I think this hotel is worth your money if you need to stay in the area. The staff service was exceptional. I am a Hard Rock pin collector and before I booked the hotel I asked if they would sell any pins there and they not only answered my query but also went to take and sent me pictures of the pins available. I think this was definitely above and beyond.

Breakfast buffet at Seasons restaurant has lots of variety, food are tasty, especially the Chinese food. Staffs are polite and helpful.

Huge room but the kids playroom needs renewing

The worst executive lounge I've ever experienced, and I've been to many. They only served a few cookies, bread and peanuts. We had to ask to get additional food, which they provided only after asking, and then it took more than an hour to get it. Also, the following day, after I had ordered room service, someone came into my room while I was away at breakfast, even though I had the "do not disturb" sign on, and took out what was left of my room service meal. They came into my room without asking while I was gone. It made me feel very uncomfortable.

I had a pleasant stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Shenzhen. Firstly, I like the cyber atmosphere and unique rock-themed style which created an exciting feeling. Secondly, the staffs were exceptionally helpful and willing to answer my enquiries, guiding my family how to go to the sport centre nearby. However, I was disappointed with the limited dining options available on-site, which are too expensive for me, which made me had to walk about 5 minutes to dining in the nearby shopping mall. In general speaking, it was a memorable stay, but improvements in dining variety would enhance the experience.

the hair dryer has poor connectivity and sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. The room is reasonably clean, but a bit old. I am staying here with my family, and we have four rooms in total. Three of them have executive privileges, but when the staff found out one of our room numbers, they said we couldn't enter. They probably didn’t check properly. The hotel pool is extremely small, overcrowded with too many children, making it very cramped. This hotel seems to be a mid-range establishment, but the size of the pool is unbelievably small. Not recommend.

Hard Rock Hotel with good price, well service and nice breakfast, delicious food and great service in Rhythm Kitchen at 2nd floor of Hard Rock.

Ein exzellentes ruhiges Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig. Eine sehr gute Musikauswahl in der Lobby. Komme gern wieder.
