The location of the hotel is great. With a big shopping mall with loads of restaurants just across the street. The rooms are clean and tidy with a big bathtub. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

This place is perfect! Swimming and live music in the hotel. Ice skating, trampoline park, cinema, and bowling at the mall directly across the street...a great get-away for our family! The room was beautiful, spaciuos, and comfortable. We'll be back!

Love this hotel, always nice service and some of the best rooms in the city for this price. It's a little out there but easy to get to on line 4. First room on this particular stay was far too warm - temp only going down to 26 - but after two people checking it they gladly moved our room just down the hall. The second room was much cooler. Cafe was open and the food was excellent, too.

Stayed for 6 nights. The staff were pleasant, the room clean, and most facilities open. We loaned the guitar and record player, used the pool and gym. All in pretty good repair. Across the road is a mall with great eateries and it’s next to Mission Hill’s activities park.

Great hotel, service was good. Positive, attentive staff. Evening buffet had good choice, but more sweets than savory. Swimming pool and rooftop bar had quite limited opening times and the main bar was closed for the whole stay.

Ive been to other Hard Rock hotels and i felt that other locations have a greater selection on food and entertainment. At the same time, i was expecting a little more from the room itself. But overall it is fair for the price and location.
