Clean and not too showy. The staff responds efficiently.

很不错的酒店，整洁干净，大堂有点小但是很别致。地点稍微偏点，但是去春熙路，太古里，宽窄巷，熊猫基地打车都很今和方便。早餐一般。酒店周边有7eleven，超市，小餐馆等。住宿中半夜对面房间出现很大的噪音，酒店解决，给我们升级到18豪华间，前台和门前的服务，尤其是大堂门前的服务生好热情，服务周到非常感谢大。

英語が通じます。また、部屋の掃除もしっかりしていて快適に過ごせました。

酒店今年新开的，设备都挺好，主要是酒店大堂服务态度特别好，特别热情，下次来还是会住。

Hotel was great and staff were professional. The front man was always ready to help us with luggage and opening the door for us. Location is quite convenient and lobby was very nicely displayed. One thing I was quite disappointed with was as soon as I checked in to the room- I found a cigarette bud and ash on the carpet floor. For a 4 star hotel - I thought they would have paid more attention to the cleaning services particularly since it was very easy for me to see there was a cigarette remnant on the floor

Breakfast menu is always the same during my stay in Hilton hotel for 2 weeks.

It’s a new hotel- hardware is superb. Service is good and staff is very friendly. However it turns out the AC in the room turns itself back to default temperature in a few hours - even when we are still in the room. Hotel staff explained that it only shuts off when it doesn’t detect anyone in the room. But it shuts off in the evening when we are sleeping. It’s very annoying that we need to manually restart/reset the temperature. Other than that it’s a great hotel and we had a good experience. (All rooms’ AC behaved the same , we switched room )

Our room was beautiful, very spacious, and had a great view. The staff was so accomodating and helpful. They met requests quickly and easily. They were willing to answer questions and help whenever needed. Overall a great experience!

Newish hotel with good amenities and walkable local dining options, even if it isn't located in the city center. Pool is pretty nice and a good size, although note that swimming caps are required in China should you wish to use the pool.

Second stay this time, staffs are kind and professional, delicious breakfast with lots of choices, also the Chinese restaurant at 3rd floor provides good food too

My stay was amazing, the staff is exceptional, polite and very accommodating. The manager went beyond my expectations and was also there to help me with daily excursions, translations and even helped me purchase a speaker last minute and have it shipped to the hotel in time for my daughters water polo game. 100% satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel.

I stained the hotel from 27th-31st August 2024. The swimming pool was full of kids all the time, looks like the pool had been turned into a children swimming school. In front check in desk area, staff members were try to sale their “Moon Cake” to you on your arrival. The “check in boy” told me that he can upgrade my room, but need to pay extra 480 Chinese RMB, then I can get free moon cake, but I need to transfer the money into his private WeChat account, required to add my private WeChat account with him. I think Hilton should look at that issues regarding the swimming pool usage and staff member education regarding privately sale goods to their customers. But hotel room is clean, lady cleaner is very friendly, other staff members were not too bad.

Terrible service, bad concierges

服务态度好，房间大，设备新，尤其早餐特别棒，有当地的特色小吃！

隔壁房間一直大聲喧嘩到凌晨兩點，正好我隔天又要要早起，不知道是否是隔音不太好還是對方真的太吵？ 除此之外的環境設備都很好，被子很舒服，房間乾淨，連餐廳的菜色服務都很好，可惜沒素質的房客破壞了入住體驗

I recommend this hotel to others because it's located in a nice place in town in Chengdu and near the rail station, and nearby restaurants and shops. My stay was outstanding, the fitness center was great, with various amenities in there, and with a friendly receptionist there. The maids went the extra mile in cleaning, even wrapping up my plug cords for my iPads and phone, and the entire staff were very pleasant, courteous, and bilingual.

The facilities were very good. The staff's English could be better. The concierge service was adequate, but could be improved.

Newly built hotel, great services. The concierge and front desk are very helpful. Definitely will recommend to my family and friends.
