レイクビュー ホテル 杭州 (杭州望湖賓館)

レイクヴューの部屋に宿泊。天候がよければさぞ綺麗だろう。残念ながら雨混じりでほとんど見えなかった。 広さは1，2名なら丁度よい。お風呂もすぐにお湯が出るし、アメニティもそろっている。スタッフも、雨の中戻った時には、傘をビニール袋に入れるように広げて出してくれた。朝食はバイキング形式。洋風中華風ともにそろっている。麺も出してくれるが、自分の時は本来自分用につくったものではないものを上司の方の指示で出されたことが不満。また、席への案内があったりなかったり、あるいはコーヒー、紅茶を出したり出さなかったりと徹底されていなかった。

立地が西湖の近くなので、最高。朝食が豪華で美味しいです。

Perfect location to West Lake. Fancy lobby but the room is a bit dated. Smoking smell in a non-smoking room.

Stay for 2 nites. Room is spacious and clean. Great location and have spectacular view to west lake from rooftop. Breakfast is good and especially thanks to Ms Yong Yun Yun for her hospitality.

I checked in for 3 days, hotel tried to charge me additional money saying my room wasn't available. Very bad smell used to try to freshen up the room. I only stayed one night and booked another hotel.

i stayed 2 night, while i was there i left smartphone in taxi. i asked for help ,.they tried to find to locate driver, many phone calls to every possible way, finally i got it back which is i didn,t expect honestly.i am impressed. hotel staff,s servicemanship.they made my trip perfect, special thanks to hotel staff,

我們訂購露台房，到取房才知露台房全在二、三層，都沒有湖景。最後換到七層較細的房間才何望到西湖。在訂房時已要求在高層及有湖景，到了才酒店在網頁應寫清楚，否則，以房價算並不便宜。

鄰近西湖斷橋殘雪，附近有夜市食街。住房整潔，服務有禮，早餐多款式，適合不同人士，頂樓可自由上去看西湖，但要注意一項，近西湖入夜後會有很多蚊…

L'hotel non è nuovissimo ma nel complesso mi sono trovato davvero alla grande. Innanzitutto appena arrivati abbiamo avuto la splendida sorpresa di un "free upgrade" ad una suite, fantastica. Posizione ottima, proprio sul west lake e a 2 passi dal mercato notturno con la food court. Se dovessi tornare ad hangzhou sceglierei nuovamente questo hotel. Tutto perfetto.

The room is so small and not same as the pics. it's convenience to go to the XIHU.

We visited Hangzhou for two nights having a short break from the hectic Shanghai. Loved the city and the Impression West Lake Show. A must visiting Hangzhou! Lovely hotel and staff. The lavish breakfast buffet convinced us to stay an extra night. The staff's limited knowledge of English was compensated by a charming approach. Perfect location next to the water for a hike around the lake and just a 10 minutes walk to the closest tube station. A big bonus was the fast WIFI connection. Highly recommended if you want to go China Style instead of boring Western business hotel standard.

Great location, good buffet breakfast. Staff spoke very very limited english but that's cool, you expect that, they were always very happy to help. Perfect spot to stay to explore the West Lake.

典型的国营酒店风格不值得评论。

Wasn t our first choice but we booked quite late. Nice hotel, not brand new but . Rooms are small but clean and in good status. Gym is quite ok. Quite close to the West Lake and walking distance to shopping area. Good deal for the price. note that the name changed to ZTG which was quite confusing to find it.

It's good experience to live beside West Lake. You can go for a walk in the morning and evening.

Really close to the Lake, welcoming and helpful staff. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Our friend took us to the hotel restaurant as he said they had some great traditional Chinese dishes, absolutely wonderful food so much flavour from the soup to desert 10 out of 10. Would return here again. Coffee shop within in the hotel and makes great coffee.

Please Google "China Scam" if you are visiting. The hotel was nice with a special Chinese look and feel which we were looking for. The lobby lounge is more of a tea place. They do have limited beer and wine and you have to ask for the beer to be cold otherwise you will get it warm. The A/C in our room didn't work but we didn't ask them to fix it or move us since we were only there 2 nights and the first night was chilly out so it didn't bother us. The location was good and was within walking distance to the lake and shopping and plenty of options for eating.

位置于西湖畔，極佳。各部門服務人員態度良好。尤其 大堂cashier counter 那位小姐態度誠懇又主動，衷心多謝！
