宿泊に関してはとても快適でしたが、ホテルの入り口が地下にあって、地上に表示もないので分かりにくく、最初は迷ってしまいました。隣り（隣接したいる）のビルはデパートで、飲食店もたくさんあり、スーパーもあるので食べるのには困りませんでした。ただ、地下鉄の駅は遠いので、交通の面では不便かも。

中国人の友人と久しぶりに長沙で会うために利用しました。宿泊前にメールで空港までの車の手配を依頼したり、ホテルの道順を質問したりしましたがきちんと対応してくれて、わかりやすい回答をメールで頂きました。部屋は中国人の友人の部屋はとても快適、私に部屋はシャワーだけで浴槽がなかったので日本人にとっては冬の宿泊には少し快適さが欠けました。朝食は大変満足。特に面条はおいしかった。今後も長沙を訪問する機会があるのでぜひまた利用します。

Very dated space. Linked to a not so nice mall.

Very difficult to locate. Check in staff ok. Breakfast staff surly and verging on rude. Rooms rather dated. Wifi not working at all. Next to shopping mall of some sort but a guide to shopping mall entrances, exits and facilities would be eelcome.

It is located next to a mall but the nearest subway is 900 meters away. The room is showing its age but still well maintained. Dining options are plentiful and good variety of breakfast items with a great view. Recommended if you don’t mind the lack of accessibility to the subway.

Great hotel! But the entrance is from the underground.

Booked because of the swimming pool, this full service apartment hotel, though based on and following the international standard, has a very Chinese flair. You may not see other foreigners residing. Guests are mainly Overseas Chinese. The abundant breakfast, all self-prepared by the kitchen crew, is local with the elements of fruits and salads, toast and egg and allows an unabridged discovery of Chinese breakfast culture. What makes service so outstanding: Evennif you are way too late for breakfast time, nobody sends you away. On the contrary, you shall be served by what still is available with a welcoming smile and comment. You may even enjoy a pleasent conversation. The similar applies to the swimming pool, even if its just 10 minutes and the crew is about to clean and close, you will be welcomed to draw some rounds. Or formally by sevice principles: Check-Out by 14h, 2h PM.

Muy buenas vistas, hotel moderno y práctico como la ciudad en general. El inglés del personal no es muy bueno pero se entiende. La entrada está un poco escondida

Adequate sized rooms and apartment in a convenient location. Good service. Thoroughly Enjoyable stay.

One of the best hotels I stayed at. The hotel needs a bit of renovation. Other than that it’s perfect from location and easy mall access from the hotel lobby great staff very friendly and helpful. All what you need you can find it in the room from iron , hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen and more. Definitely it’s the place to stay at if you are visiting Changsha.

Would not recommend. The front desk lady was nice checking us in, but I was not happy with the hotel environment itself. We were given a non-smoking floor, however I was still able to smell smoke in my room and I saw cigarettes by the elevator. What’s the point of a non-smoking floor if it’s not being enforced and people smoke anyways? I heard wind howls all night which is crazy to me because I’ve never stayed at a hotel where I’m able to hear wind blowing every 5 seconds. Booked for 4 nights but ended up checking out after one night and booked a different hotel. If you’re sensitive to noise and hates the smell of cigarettes like me, please think twice before booking.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and felt like a true home away from home. They were well-equipped, featuring a kitchen and a laundromat that was easy to use—great for longer stays or if you just need to freshen up your clothes. The views from the room were also fantastic, adding an extra touch to the experience. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure everything was taken care of. Overall, I was very impressed with the room and amenities, and it contributed to a very comfortable stay.

Very nice view!

The reception staff continuously hung up on me as I had trouble finding the hotel. I was stuck outside the mall calling them for over 2 hours in the cold. I also had to ask them more than 10 times (not exaggerating) for the address for the Uber to pick me up. I missed and was charged for 2 Ubers as the address was incorrect. Terrible customer service. The same receptionist sat in the gym and watched me working out the whole time, was weird.

This being my first time in China, this hotel and stay was absolutely incredible top to bottom. Nice clean facility and rooms, convenient shopping stores around, easily accessible for ridesharing and walking distances and plenty of accommodations for guests. Room service was always so courteous and provided nice clean rooms and sheets and towels from returning from the day. Nothjng but good things to say and would absolutely stay again asap!
