シャングリ・ラ西安

娘と二人旅。客室がとても清潔で静か、ゆったり出来ました。近くに美味しい西安料理の店があります。いかにも西安の香りでした。また今年の年末に宿泊する予定です。

夕食をホテル内のレストランで食べたが、茹でた蟹の一部に、古いものが混じっていたようだ。

場所が少々市内から離れているので、観光には向かないかも知れませんが、施設自体はきれいで、サービスも良く、満足です。中華料理もおいしかったです。

スタッフのサービス、部屋の清潔感とても良かったです。 朝食ブッフェは種類が多く楽しく頂きました。

西安空港から南に約40ｋｍとやや遠いが、ホテルの設備も立派、客室も清潔です。ホテル付近で行われたいた道路改修工事も一段落したようで、ホテル付近で買い物、食事、散歩するのにも少し安心してできるようになりました。

清潔で豪華で文句無しでした。あえて不満な点をあげるとしたら、チェックインで少し時間がかかったくらいです。

初めての西安でした。各国でシャングリラホテルに宿泊していましたので間違いないだろうと思い予約しました。 ホテルスタッフの対応は素晴らしいです。 部屋の雰囲気やアメニティーは各地のシャングリラと変わりませんでした。 今回はエグゼクティブスイートでしたがシャワーブースの排水が非常に悪かったのが残念でした。 その他、ホテル内の中華料理は安くて美味しかった。

Loved the hotel, everything was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredible helpful and kind.

One week family holiday to visit Xi’an, full amenities, good service. But hotel is a bit old.

Our stay at the Shangri-la was exceptional. The facilities were first rate and the services from the staff even better. Even before our arrival at the hotel, the concierge at the hotel, Oscar, was in touch with us to offer his services regarding transportation, site seeing and other details regarding our visit to Xian. He responded quickly to our email queries and gave detailed advice regarding how to make the best use of our short time in Xian. We were able to very efficiently navigate the city and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Xian because of Oscar's willingness to go over and beyond his job to make us feel at home in a new city.

The room and bed is very comfortable. I love the beautiful Garden here. Also the transportation is very convenient.

The staff is so professional and very helpful. The room is spacious and comfortable. Everything was extremely clean. The garden is beautiful and well maintained !

The rooms division is terrible. Front desk ineffficient, not providing the expected services, lack knowledge, skills and information. Drainage in shower cabinet is too slow, towel taken away although is hung as directed for protection of enivronment. only one bath towel for one guest. Socket should be international type, not Chinese type(you are international hotel, right?). F&B is excellent. Excellent service. Good food quality. Good value for money, good ambience. couldn't ask for more. Please keep up the good work and improve your short falls if you want to stay in your competion with others. A very nice stay.

The bed is big. We had king size bed. Can actually sleep 3 adults. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cafe snacks and drinks are abit pricy. Hotel not so modern.

Overall excellent. Was disappointed that my request for connecting room was not given. The king size bed can actually sleeps 3 adults. It’s hugh.

The room is very clean and comfortable, the hotel lobby is very beautiful.Transport is very convenient, Bus stop and MRT station are very near the hotel. It is also convenient for shopping and eating. All staffs are polite and friendly, We have a very good stay at Shangri-La Hotel, we will definitely come back again when we visit Xian next time.

The staff here really nice and friendly. They gave me a small toy as souvenirs.
