非常非常舒適的環境 很乾淨 很大 也讓我們全家大小9個人住的很開心 都不想出門 只想買食物回來吃 然後聊天 玩遊戲

Service was genuine and sincere. Room was spacious and definitely suitable for long stay.

The IOC Somerset Hotel was a nice place to stay. The hotel rooms are actually apartments with a kitchen, washing machine, living room, walk in closet and separate bedroom. The furnishings are modern and the bed is comfortable. Shower is a rain shower with modern finishings throughout the room. The property is also quiet and the front desk staff were very helpful for ordering taxis and making suggestions on local restaurants.

화장실, 주방, 방, 거실 등 아주 깨끗하고 편리했습니다. 직원분들고 모두 친절했어요 다만 처음에 호텔 입구를 찾는데 쉽지않았습니다. 그리고 조식이.. 먹을게 없었습니다 ㅠㅠ 그것 빼고는 모든 면에서 훌륭했습니다! 또 항저우에 방문하게 된다면 이 숙소를 찾게될것 같습니다.

缺少餐廳及交通有點不方便

I booked the hotel as I intended to stay in the city center center Wulin Square and West Lake. As I wanted to go to the Hotel, I noticed that the location on the map that Hotels.com provides and the actual location are totally different . In fact the hotel is not anywhere near the center but far outside the center on the other side of the river. This fact heavily influenced the stay with my partner, very unfortunate..

very clean and nice apartment. except the odour from the pipe of the sink in kitchen.

룸상태는 예약사진과 동일하게 넓고 깨끗함. 특히 세탁시가 있어 장기 숙박하면 좋음. 주변은 개발중인 곳이라 공사장이 많으나 호텔 뒤쪽에 식당은 여러개 있음. 넓고 깨끗해서 그런지 즈보하는 왕홍이 많음

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The views from my room were terrific. The hotel provided many complimentary hygiene products such as laundry detergent, high quality dental utensils and great smelling body wash and shampoo. Although the location of the hotel was a little far from the city center, the quality of the room more than made up for that inconvenience. The hotel staff was kind and friendly. However, I wish that they spoke more English because it was particularly difficult to communicate with them at times. Nevertheless, I will happily return to this hotel.

Front desk was unfriendly when check in, it just the way they ask for ID was really unpleasant and rude ( felted been treated as criminal ! ) . Breakfast was great, dinning area staffs were friendly, food was great. Service for the rooms were excellent. Hotel is in a remote location where will requires taxis. not much public transportations around.

The hotel is amazing: clean, organized, new. The service and amenities are wonderful too. Loved the gym. The staff is kind and helpful as well. The only problem is the location isn’t great but with the price it’s well worth it.

역시 서머셋은 실망을 저버리지 않습니다.. 베트남에서도 서머셋을 이용했는데 모든면에서 최고인듯 합니다...
