Waldorf Astoria Chengdu

中国初旅行でした。 夜23:00にチェックインしてコンビニに行きたいと伝えてたら コンシェルジュがコンビニまでなんと付き合ってくれて 更にタクシーが拾えない不便なところでした。地下鉄で出かけたのですが帰りにタクシー を拾うとしたら全く拾えず ホテルのコンシェルジュに連絡したらタクシーを呼んでくれました。対応も迅速で とてもよかったです。 みんな親切でした。

Impeccable service on my arrival. As a foreigner, not too savvy on how to get internet to pay my DiDi. Zane at Waldorf helped me use his personal hotspot to get me on internet to use Alipay. Albert from Waldorf helped me buy eSIM, helped me make all reservations, making everything at ease for me. Their concierge services are something above and beyond. As for the hotel itself, not too keen on. First of, once you stepped out of the elevator walking to your room, smell of cigarette smoke was all over my face. Terrible! The thermostat cannot be adjusted. The lowest I can go is 23 degrees, which was too stuffy for me. They could only bought me a fan to compromise. I stayed at 36th floor with panoramic view, the carpet in the room was very dirty and can tell by the dark spot in heavy traffic area. Maybe their other floors are of better quality but, they didn’t give me this impression. Was staying at this hotel for 4 nights and I have to thank you once again for their customer services.

Everything was perfect! The breakfast was unbeatably great, the room was nice, the view was amazing. I would definitely come back again, and recommend to friends.

雖然酒店位置不在市中心，但交通也很方便，晚上中餐廳還看見雙子塔，網紅打卡點SKP也在附近。職員親切，對於第一次到成都的我，提供了很多有用的資訊和幫助。下次有機會到成都的話，仍會選擇這間酒店。

酒店旁邊有一個大型商場，有很多不同的餐廳和咖啡店，非常方便。晚餐後到附近的S K P打卡拍照。之後再回酒店的酒吧，一邊欣賞夜景，一邊享受雞尾酒，另外，酒店職員非常專業友善，提供了很多旅遊資訊，令旅程輕鬆愉快

This hotel is exceptionally grand, opened in 2017. Great services, rooms are fantastic. Lobby at 50/F, little problem with the room lock at first night, problem fixed within minutes. Will stay again if visiting Chengdu

Very pleasant stay at the Waldorf hotel in Chengdu, extraordinary experience before check-in already: I contacted the hotel requesting a high-floor room with nice view as I am celebrating 80-th birthday with mom. The booking staff replied swiftly and arranged everthing as requested with even a nice surprise: a birthday cake and warm decoration in the room. In general, all staffs are very friendly all the time. Breakfast offers various cuisine. Definitely my choice for next time in Chengdu again!

Great stay with Waldorf! It has a big mall beside that meets all basic food needs. Special mention to Miya, who often superb recommendation and check in with us regularly during our stay. Only downside is the location of the hotel which is slightly far out from downtown but it not an issue with didi easily available.

Staff need training. Such a valuable brand has been ruined by poor customer service. Even duty manager at check in having trouble to communicate. Now you can imagine the rest of staff. Will not recommend this hotel to any international travelers.
