The rooms were magnificent. Impecable clean, and nice beds and bathroom.
Way before to arrive, the staff were helpful extremely friendly. They helped me to coordinate transportation from airport to hotel, tour by the city, tour by boat.
There were above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We want to stay longer, but we have to return to the real world.
Without any hesitation, I will recommend Valeria the manager, and the incredible people who are part of her team.
We'll comeback in the future, and we'll pick the same hotel for sure

The Staff ..ALL.. could not be more friendly, charming AND helpful.
We found it difficult to keep the room temperature comfortable and the duvet was much to heavy to be comfortable.
It would be helpful to have a straight 'chair' in the room.
The location is great and again, the staff made it easy, giving directions help with transportation.
This is a very charming hotel and it is a very good choice to see Cartagena easily. Would recommend to friends and fellow travelers.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. The staff was warm, attentive, and consistently went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable.
The spa services were excellent—relaxing, professional, and a highlight of our visit. The food was also very good, and we enjoyed every meal.
Overall, it was a great stay, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Casa del Arzobispado is a stunning boutique hotel in Cartagena’s old city, full of charm and history. My room had beautiful stone walls and a vaulted ceiling, and the restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner. But the true highlight was the spa — and especially Liceth, the massage therapist. Her skill is unbelievable; every session left me completely relaxed. She truly has “magic hands.” I’d return to Cartagena just to stay here and book more massages with her!

I had a mixed experience in this hotel. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, and the room itself was clean.
However, the building is quite old and unfortunately shows its age. There was a strong mold smell in the rooms. The sheets and towels were clean but very worn out and yellowed, which didn’t give a great feeling of freshness.
The breakfast was excellent — definitely the highlight of the stay.
