Excellent location, beautiful and comfortable rooms, great service. Could hear the loud music from bar nextdoor. However, I didn't have issues sleeping.

The ambiance at this hotel is so romantic! The rooms themselves were clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The masseuse was very skilled at deep tissue. The hotel additionally felt very secure. Highly recommend!

Muy buen lugar para quedarse en Cartagena. Limpio, tranquilo, buenos desayunos y lo mejor las personas que trabajan en el hotel. Todos muy apropiados y se esmeran por complacer a sus huéspedes.

El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor. El personal es sumamente atento y colaborador. El desayuno en Epoca es muy bueno. El hotel se mantiene bastante limpio. Nos asignaron la habitación 205 que tiene balcón hacia la calle. A pesar de que tiene ventanas que reducen el ruido, se escucha bastante bullicio en las noches. Además, durante el día se escucha el ruido del ascensor de alimentos del restaurante. La cama me pareció muy dura. Me volvería a hospedar en el hotel pero en otra habitación.

Loved just about everything. Excellent location smack in the middle of great shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, parks. The breakfast was amazing with choice of anything on the menu. Room comfortable, quiet, and cool. Spa treatments excellent and good value. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Definitely would stay there again.

Precioso hotel, restaurante excelente, muy buena ubicación cerca de todos los puntos de interés en la ciudad amurallada. Habitación grande y cómoda, baño algo pequeño. Casona antigua con cuartos un tanto lúgubres, me faltaba luz. Controles remotos en la habitación no funcionaban. Costoso, pero el lujo lo vale

Gorgeous hotel with excellent service and lovely staff in heart of the old city.

We are going back next year. The only thing that could be better were the mattresses. They could be replaced, but that won’t keep us from going back to Casa del Arzobispado. It’s four blocks from anywhere in the Walked City and an even shorter walk to fabulous restaurants and shopping. The staff is outstanding. So accommodating for our handicapped member and the rest of our family. The staff all knew our names by the second day. The entryway is an iron gate that is locked 24/7. They have to buzz you into the lobby. So safe. The breakfast at Epocha is incredible, the OJ is fresh squeezed and the croissants are made on site! Yes, the pool is small (but is just right for us) and yes, the building was built in the 1700’s. If you want a modern luxury hotel, stay in Boca Grande. If you want to be in the center of Cartagena history and be in a beautiful setting, stay here. We have traveled a good deal and this is the first place where we are going to go back to stay.

Excellent location, wonderful staff, great food, and spacious rooms. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable as they were squeaky and worn but overall a great place to stay.

Absolutely wonderful time and everything we needed was available at the hotel. The staff was very professional and helped us with many questions. Would strongly recommend and hope to stay there again. We went in mid/late February 2025.
