The room had a very nice view and was clean. Internet was not good in the room and I had to use my cellular data the all time. The shower trims and silicone joint were old and breaking down while you take a shower, nothing terrible but not a 5 star hotel standard. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Side note: we arrived early after an overnight flight and they told us our room was available… but we had to pay 200$ if we want to get it a but earlier. I understand there are corporate policies, but it is not good business practice in my opinion. Marriott would have gave us the room a few hours early just to be welcoming. No one was using the room! Maybe I will stay with Marriott next time. When you book 5 star hotel you expect the little attentions we did not get at this hotel.
