El hotel estuvo en muy buenas condiciones, estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Todos los días el personal de servicio limpiaba la habitación y la mantenía en excelentes condiciones. El personal siempre fue muy cordial y atento, tanto en el recibimiento, como en cualquier situación que ocurría. El hotel está ubicado cerca de la estación del TransMetro lo que hace más fácil el transporte hacia otros lugares de la ciudad. Además, los señores de los taxis del hotel son muy cordiales y amables. Sólo se tuvo un inconveniente con los señores del restaurante del hotel, que se negaron a preparar algún tipo de desayuno, ya que se tenía el vuelo a las 05:00 y en el restaurante se ofrece el desayuno desde las 06:30 hasta las 09:30, sin embargo, se conversó este tema con el personal de recepción, ellos solventaron esta situación y nos proporcionaron otro tipo desayuno. En general, el hotel es muy recomendado.

Excellent staff, especially the front desk, very helpful and patient (thanks Jesse and Henry).. As my Spanish is limited, all were patient as I asked many questions. Some of the furniture in the room was outdated, but otherwise in good condition and clean. Excellent location, a few minutes by taxi to any of the Malls and great pool! Many restaurants within walking distance and convenience stores also

The hotel is located in the middle of Barranquilla so there are a lot of businesses nearby (places to eat, pharmacy, grocery store). The mattresses were hard and changing the water temperature was slow, but the rooms were clean. They have a well-maintained pool on one of the upper pools. There is a small gym on the top floor with a working treadmill (despite missing some panels), but equipment is limited and the A/C does not work; the views of Barranquilla from this floor are great, however. The rooms have A/C when the room cards are put into a slot in the wall, but there is no A/C in the atrium itself, which extends to the top floor. Breakfast was the best part—the soup was great, They served amazing soup with eggs, potatoes, empanadas, meats, and breads. The juice was very good and changed from day to day, made with locally available fruit.

Only good thing the staff and breakfast The building is dirty really bad shape. The mattress are on the floor they even had beds. Barranquilla have so many hotels in good condition i regret going there

Honestly it was not what I expected in the photos it looks completely a lie of the beauty but when I arrived personally it was a total disappointment the breakfast is the badest thing that can exist the air does not work there is only one elevator without air conditioning it takes too long the fans at reception and in the restaurant are old A lot of noise the disco that is nearby does not let you sleep the bed is very hard and they make a lot of noise in the bathroom the walls look dirty and the mirror stained you have to wait a long time for the energy at the room when you put the card and the location is horrible it doesn't look safe anyone passes I didn't feel security around it for the price of this hotel it's not worth it

I stayed in this hotel couple years ago and was wonderful but right now I can’t recommend it, they have to move me to another room because the toilet wasn’t working properly the curtains was broken can’t pulled it up, the safety box wasn’t working, the new room was okay but the walls at the bathroom was really dirty the soap holder broke it’s only one plug outlet in the entire room, they only give you one key even if you’re more than one person in the room. Only good thing is the breakfast and the staff they are so helpful and treating you really good and hospitality. Sorry I don’t comeback to this hotel

Issues trying to get into hotel.

Breakfast was very good but not hot water at all and the shower didn't work very well. Also, the mattress was like a rock, as well the pillows.

Only one staff at reception. Low quality air conditioner. No hot water.

I am a world traveler, and have stayed at many hotels around the world, and my stay was one of my worst experiences. Here are a list of the many issues that I experienced: 1) The bellman did not help with our big bags getting out of the taxi. 2) The front desk were very slow at check in and seemed disinterested. The staffer didn’t even let me know about the pool location and breakfast times and location. 3) In advance I asked the hotel to ensure I have a room that was free of air fresheners since I am allergic and they gave me a room with a strong perfume scent. 4) When we moved to a new room the bathroom faucet was leaking water. I had to go down to the front desk to report it twice. After the repairman completed his replacement he did not clean up and left the valve door open. Dirty boot marks 5) When it was time for a shower we noticed there was no hot water so we had to report it and have the maintenance person repair that issue. 6) One of the beds' head boards banged up against the wall and we had to place towel between it and the wall. 7) The toilet was inconsistent with flushing abd we had to wait a number of hours to get a flush. 8) I reported a number of these issues that were supposed to go to property manager and I never had the manager contact me.

Hotel needs renovation. Outdated. Power outage for 5 hours . Than refuse to provide 1 hour late check out.

la primera habiatacion deficiente en limpieza y rudo exterior. ya despue me cambiaron de habiatacion y estaba limpia. sin embargo, se sintio un poco de ruido exterior de la calle discotecas.
