El personal fue amable, el buffet desayuno fue muy basto y rico, las amenidades y acceso a zonas húmedas son de lo mejor

Our stay at this hotel was overall okay, but it started off a bit rough. Upon arrival, we were given a very old and worn-out room. Less than an hour later, the sink literally fell off the wall. Thankfully, the staff reacted quickly and moved us to another room in the renovated section. That second room was completely different — modern, clean, and really comfortable. What really stood out was the kindness and responsiveness of the staff — truly lovely and professional people. On the downside, the food wasn’t great, especially the breakfast, which we found quite average. The location is also a plus: great for exploring Bogotá and in a safe area, so we always felt secure. A tip for future guests: ask for one of the renovated rooms right from the start to avoid the kind of issue we experienced at check-in.

Thoroughly frustrated at this place. The hotel itself was not too bad, however I experienced the worst service from the upper management. I was coming from Argentina to which my flight was delayed 1 day for 2 separate rooms. Yes, the rooms were booked non refundable, but we had every intention of staying there. The day we arrived, we checked in at around 7pm, and we checked out at 6am. I asked to speak with a manager, which none was available. And that regardless Expedia would have to make contact. I asked Expedia to ask the hotel to please refund 1 night for each reservation. The hotel refused and Expedia apologized. I attempted to email the hotel directly. No response. In my last direct contact with the hotel, they acknowledged that they were not going to respond to my message with "buen dias" which is good day. I come to Bogota quite often, and I emailed them that when I come again for a week's stay if they can just add 2 more nights of the lot reservation. All they did was ensure my dissatisfaction by not working out a solution with me, and now I will never stay at their hotel again. The hotel is adequate and the food and drinks are inexpensive, but so are another 100 hotels in the area.

Everyone was nice and friendly. Someone on staff knew english on every shift. The pool was great as well was the frinks and food. Room was great besides the noise from constant traffic at all hours of the night. I think if i had a room not overlooking the street it would have been fine but the first night was kinda restless due to the noise. No fridge or microwave. I ended up getting a fridge by asking the front desk for one because i needed it. I would stay again as long as i had a different room.

Not the best place to stay or clean. And the taxi they recommended me, charged me extra which was more than the usual trip with a hotel taxi.

Great stay, comfortable room and friendly service

Me encantó este hotel por la cercanía al centro caminando. Hay varios lugares donde comer alrededor. La alberca y sauna fueron muy cómodos y le dan un plus. La comida del menu del restaurante a pesar de no ser variada, estuvo muy rica.
