My first time in Cali and I was very impressed.
The property was beautiful, well kept, secure and safe. Every staff member was friendly and made you feel at home. They look out for your safety while waiting for Ubers and are very hospitable.
The air conditioning worked perfectly— the rooms were clean and cozy, and the breakfast was Fresh and cooked by order (very accommodating if you had a request). The owner briefly greets you personally each morning while having breakfast to make you feel at home.
The pool and property was maintained very well. You can tell the owner and staff take pride in hospitality.
From helping you with your bags, to making sure you are safe, and happy. From the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone was absolutely wonderful.
My only hope is they have rooms available next time I am in Cali because I will most definitely stay here again. I was Very impressed.
Thank you for such a wonderful, comfortable, and fun stay.

This hotel was originally built as the residence of a wealthy family and later converted into a hotel. Impeccably decorated in a colonial style, this beautiful hotel has many common spaces (living room, swimming room, terrace, etc.) that can be used by guests freely. It is conveniently located near the center of the city, and the road in front of the hotel is rather noisy, but inside the hotel I didn't hear any noise and I enjoyed the delightful quiet. The staff is superfriendly and willing to help guests in their needs. The guest room was clean, with a good level of illumination and an enough number of electric outlets. The bathroom was completely renovated and is clean, though the water pressure of the toilet was rather weak. The room has no refrigerator nor air conditioner, although there is an electric fan on the ceiling and I didn't feel hot in the room (I'm usually sensitive to heat.). These small inconveniencies were more than fully compensated by the enchanting atmosphere and the friendly staff. It was a great experience!

２泊しました。建物は古めです。また冷蔵庫もついていません。プール付きでしたが、プールの場所が日陰となっており、私は震えながらプールに入りました。（これは個人差があると思いますが。）ただ、良かったことは、ホテルの人が温かい、朝食のパンケーキが美味しい、（追加料金を出しておかわりしました。）何泊かすると祖父の家にとまったような気持ちになるということで評価しました。猫も癒されました。

El servicio es excelente. La casona es preciosa. Tiene piscina y gimnasio. Son muy muy agradables y amables. Lo único a mejorar es la insonorización de las habitaciones y no había black outs. Las camas son muy cómodas.

The hotel is certainly beautiful, you get plenty for the price. The breakfast (was better than expected, tbh) has different options, if you want eggs, granola, etc. There are multiple nooks and crannies to explore around the place. Multiple benches to relax, read, chat and enjoy the day, you may cross paths with an adorable and playful doggy (there's also a friendly cat). There is a pool, there's a gym, the location is superb.
The staff was overall helpful and friendly (except, perhaps, for one of the counter ladies). I had an issue with the room and after some time I got another one, so props for that.
Overall, pretty, good for the price, nice location and even the owner goes to say hi during breakfast.

Lo único es que la habitación no tienen neverita, sin embargo puedes guardar tus cosas en la nevera del hotel.
La piscina tiene una profundidad adecuada.

If you are looking for an antique experience, this is the place. Very clean and colonial look. But bathroom supplies aren't provided except a large towel and room has no iron. But the ambience of the hotel is nice.

das Hotel Stein ist ein super-nettes, familiengeführtes Hotel in sehr guter, sicherer Lage, von der viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt in kürzester Zeit erreicht werden können. Besitzer und Personal sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und bei sämtlichen Planungen behilflich, das Haus selbst hat viel Charme - wir können einen Aufenthalt hier nur wieterempfehlen.
