The property is in a good location in Cali. The included breakfast os excellent an very typical of Cali. My wife and my wife stayed with our 7 month old and had a an excellent stay. We would recommend this hotel for families. I also used the pool and it was very refreshing and a good way to beat the high temperatures in Cali.

A Swiss hotel? Big room, kind of stark and spartan with hard furnishings. Had just what I needed with a blanket, a desk, good lamps, and ample outlets. Former convent??? Stairs only, or oddly steep ramps between floors. Recreating the Alps? Rooms needed better checking and updating between guests: Initially, hot water did not work my first night, which was scary and frustrating. I asked about it, next day (Sunday) and they surmised about an electrical problem above - which was worked on and corrected by evening. Similarly, safe failed because no instructions anywhere. Breakfasts were restrictive and a little stingy. Apparent owner made effort to welcome guests at breakfast. Yet, the atmosphere just felt stark and cold despite staff’s genuine effort to be welcoming. Odd. Hotel seemed to receive habitual return guests. Decent location, a little out of way, but quiet. Safe, with guarded and gated door behind a stone wall. Walkable to pedestrian boulevard, bus routes and known to tours and taxis. Could only find fast food options in area. Despite my complaints, this was my home for seven nights and I had no regrets.

La atencion del personal

My first time in Cali and I was very impressed. The property was beautiful, well kept, secure and safe. Every staff member was friendly and made you feel at home. They look out for your safety while waiting for Ubers and are very hospitable. The air conditioning worked perfectly— the rooms were clean and cozy, and the breakfast was Fresh and cooked by order (very accommodating if you had a request). The owner briefly greets you personally each morning while having breakfast to make you feel at home. The pool and property was maintained very well. You can tell the owner and staff take pride in hospitality. From helping you with your bags, to making sure you are safe, and happy. From the front desk to the cleaning crew, everyone was absolutely wonderful. My only hope is they have rooms available next time I am in Cali because I will most definitely stay here again. I was Very impressed. Thank you for such a wonderful, comfortable, and fun stay.

The staff made us feel like family, the hotel is beautiful, breakfast was great, and very close to key attractions!

El servicio es excelente. La casona es preciosa. Tiene piscina y gimnasio. Son muy muy agradables y amables. Lo único a mejorar es la insonorización de las habitaciones y no había black outs. Las camas son muy cómodas.

The hotel is certainly beautiful, you get plenty for the price. The breakfast (was better than expected, tbh) has different options, if you want eggs, granola, etc. There are multiple nooks and crannies to explore around the place. Multiple benches to relax, read, chat and enjoy the day, you may cross paths with an adorable and playful doggy (there's also a friendly cat). There is a pool, there's a gym, the location is superb. The staff was overall helpful and friendly (except, perhaps, for one of the counter ladies). I had an issue with the room and after some time I got another one, so props for that. Overall, pretty, good for the price, nice location and even the owner goes to say hi during breakfast.

Das Personal ist unglaublich lieb und hilfsbereit! Außerdem ist die Unterkunft sehr sauber und hat einen schönen historischen Stil. Die Gegend ist auch super, man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen.

Las instalaciones son excelentes y buen personal. Lo único es que la habitación no tienen neverita, sin embargo puedes guardar tus cosas en la nevera del hotel. La piscina tiene una profundidad adecuada. El hotel en medio de la ciudad es un oasis. Un espacio para descansar.

If you are looking for an antique experience, this is the place. Very clean and colonial look. But bathroom supplies aren't provided except a large towel and room has no iron. But the ambience of the hotel is nice.

das Hotel Stein ist ein super-nettes, familiengeführtes Hotel in sehr guter, sicherer Lage, von der viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt in kürzester Zeit erreicht werden können. Besitzer und Personal sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und bei sämtlichen Planungen behilflich, das Haus selbst hat viel Charme - wir können einen Aufenthalt hier nur wieterempfehlen.

Una propiedad antigua pero muy bien conservada en una muy buena area de la ciudad y su personal muy cordial excelente atencion recomiendo este lugar en La ciudad.

Fantastisches hotel mit einem super netten und hilfsbereiten Personal. Der Inhaber lebt für das Hotel und ist sehrfürsorglich. Es ist eine ruhige und sichere Umgebung.
