Nice staff and cozy place, convenient. No fridge inside the rooms.

コロナの影響で寂しく閑散としていたのは仕方ないが、エントランスまで閉じられていて、どこからホテルに入れば良いのかわかりませんでした

何度か滞在しています。今までは特にトラブルなく気持ちよく利用していたのですが、「ランドリーサービスは宿泊料に含まれている。」と言われ喜んでお願いしたところ、チェックアウト時に６０ドルを請求されました。聞いた人と請求した人は別人ですが、残念です。 また、ホテルの責任ではありませんが、夜中に宿泊客が廊下で口論する声がうるさく響き眠れませんでした。明け方は、トラックの大きなクラクションが何度も鳴り響き眠れませんでした。 今回の滞在は少し残念な要素が多かったです。

便利な立地で、フロントデスクの人たちもとても親切でフレンドリーです。荷物を預かってくれるサービスもとても助かりました。朝ごはんも種類豊富なビュッフェで美味しいです。

The room size was great, the staff was super friendly and helpful as well! I also really liked their gallo pinto for breakfast!

Great staff, helpful and attentive. Friendly. Room was great. Wonderful views, Cool atmosphere. Food delicious in the restaurant. Jorge was extremely helpful and kind. Would highly recommend. Petra at the front desk could not have been more helpful.

It was a great location for the last leg of our trip because we were doing a walking tour nearby, however, it was not the most comfortable and one of the two fridges in the room was not working, smelled, and a little dirty. The beds were hard as a rock, clean, but very firm. The lobby and restaurant photos certainly set you up to believe it is luxury in the midst of a very popular and populated area, but I felt the rooms need more comfort and cleanliness to add to the comfort level for the area, especially when paying for a suite.

Overall good experience. We had an early check-in and although the room was ready we had to pay some fees. Other than that it was a great downtown location and close to everything.

El personal muy amable

We chose the Balmoral due to its proximity to the museums and the availability of a 2-bedroom suite. We should have read the reviews more closely as some of the problems we encountered were mentioned in the reviews. We took our chances with the 7.4 rating hotel based on having a 2-bedroom suite in the area, but now we regret that decision. The price of the room led us to believe that it would be of higher quality. No hair dryer or coffee maker in the room (although they were in the listing). Hot water for showers is only available after running the water for a very long time. Undependable wifi. Annoying flute playing by a street vendor all day long; neighborhood full of casinos. Mediocre service for breakfast. Housekeeping accessed the room despite the fact that we had not hung up the service room sign on the door; they took away two hanging used towels and only left one new towel. Plus a strange early checkin policy and charges. All around just seemed like a badly managed hotel.

One of the best hotels in the downtown area. Close to everything. Parking is very limited

Pocas opciones de desayuno. El cuarto no correspondía con la foto, estaba muy viejo y dañado. Era más pequeño de lo ofrecido en la página y las fotos. Muebles viejos y maltratados. El WC tenía una fuga, la reporté y no la arreglaron.

El personal era de lo peor, elijamos este hotel porque ofrecía parqueo, al llegar estaba lleno y queríamos bajar las maletas, 1) no nos ayudaron a bajar las maleas, al contrarío el personal del hotel casi que insultaba para sacar de la entrada del hotel a mi amigo. 2) Cuando consulté si sabían entonces de algún parqueo para dejar el carro dijeron de que no sabían, tuvimos que buscar por nuestra cuenta un parqueo que fuera 24 horas, ademas de que nadie indica que el hotel esta en una zona bastante peligrosa. Buscar un parqueo a las 10:00 pm no lo recomiendo, más personas llegaron y se fueron por lo mismo. 3) La llave de nuestra habitación no servia, y nos dieron una manual y nos dijeron que no tenían más que así era y ya. 4) no pasaron a limpiar las habitaciones dijeron que a las 8:00 pasaban una vez y si no "estaba lista" para limpiarse, no la hacían. 5) Se llevaron las toallas de la habitación de mis amigos no se para que porque no las devolvieron. 6) El desayuno es muy simple y se tardan demasiado en servirlo, al querer solicitar el desayuno de mis amigos que estaban por llegar nos dijeron que no podíamos ordenarlos sin ellos presentes. 7) El personal no resolvía nada, solo decían "es así" o "no funciona". Nunca volveré a apartar una estadía en este hotel, prefiero quedarme en hoteles de renombre que están al mismo precio y están más lejos (quizá por el aeropuerto o así) y que dar en esta zona "centrica", que lo único que tiene cerca son los vagabundos y KFC.

Vendieron habitaciones sin tener inventario. No nos habilitaron ninguna habitación. Exijo mi reembolso.

No towels or wash cloth in the room, bed was very low near the ground. Fly or mosquito ate up my leg, had to use key card to turn a/c on, not something I am use to doing. My alarm in the room went off and took maintenance over 10 minutes to get to my room, did not know there would be a 50$ charge to have guests visit with me. Overpriced for what you really got in the hotel in my opinion.

La limpieza en la habitación muy bien y sobre el desayuno sería bueno quizás muchos que emos estado en muchos hoteles me extraño el tener que pagar el café después de la primer taza ya que es la primera vez que lo veo en un hotel en lo de más los felicito el hotel muy limpio gracias
