The staff worker at check in was extremely helpful and kind. She went out of her way to be helpful. The grounds are beautiful. Nice large pool. Big rooms with pool patios by each room. There is a lot of road noise in the front of hotel but that is to be expected since it’s on a major road. It was nice to have a restaurant on site.

The hotel itself was decent for a night’s stay while passing through the city. However, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible and never worked. The breakfast was decent.

The staff was great and check in was easy. The room was a little run down but it was fine for one night. The pool looked nice although we didn’t go in. Breakfast was included and it was great!

The grounds and location

Hice una reserva con 10 días de anticipación, eligiendo la habitación específicamente por la ubicación del hotel y porque contaba con tres camas, tal como se indicaba en las opciones ofrecidas al momento de la reserva. Nuestra única necesidad era descansar adecuadamente una noche, lo cual era fundamental. Sin embargo, al llegar alrededor de las 10:00 p. m., se nos asignó una habitación con solo dos camas, lo que me generó una molestia comprensible. Lamentablemente, no recibí contención ni una solución adecuada por parte de la persona en recepción, quien incluso admitió que no se habían leído los detalles de la reserva, a pesar de que esta había sido pagada con 10 días de antelación. Esta situación resultó especialmente problemática porque tuve que compartir cama con mi hija, quien presenta cuadros de movimiento asociados a una condición de salud, lo que impidió un descanso adecuado. Como consecuencia, no dormí bien, sufrí fatiga y, siendo yo el conductor del viaje, esto desencadenó una serie de factores que afectaron negativamente toda la experiencia del traslado. Dado que ya era tarde y debíamos levantarnos a las 7:00 a. m. para continuar el viaje, no resultaba viable buscar una solución alternativa en ese momento. Considero importante señalar que no es correcto vender un servicio que no se cumple, ya que no recibí aquello por lo que pagué. Cuando un cliente reserva y paga con anticipación, lo mínimo esperado es que se respeten las condiciones acordadas.

Not a terrible option if you are flying in and need to crash for the night before heading elsewhere for your vacation. Staff were fine and the one I spoke with knew English. Located near busy and noisy highway bridge. AC was weak. Provided Wifi password was incorrect; had to call reception for correct password. Hot water could cause injury. Hot tube water was cool.

For Your Consideration: Hotel Boyeros, Liberia, Costa Rica… The silence of dawn is interrupted by the cooing of White Doves as the sun rises in the East and warms the morning air. At 5:00 am taxis pull up in unison and kitchen and hotel staff disembark in preparation for the day ahead. Jose, the night security guard, greats me with a nod and a smile. The principle meal is desayuno and is centered around huevos; and whether served scrambled, fried or as an omelet with jamon and queso, the main ingredient is always love. The hotel provides an oasis from the denizens of urban life, conveniently located next to many American Fast Food joints and a major shopping center. The Peri Liberia Supermercado offers international travelers and the homesick reminders of home while doubling as a convenient pickup point for local tourism. White Claw and Energy Drinks are plentiful and are available for purchase to be consumed with glee from your hotel room’s balcony. The hotel hosts tourists of all ilk. Families with children take advantage of the multitude of swimming pools and waterslides, while the travel wary safely retreat to the creature comforts of a comfortable bed and enjoy the chilling embrace of air conditioning. At night it can be a bit raucous, as the youth of bygone days casually stroll in and recount stories of their evenings’ exploits. Our passion unites us and after an exchange of pleasantries, we all come together as one. This place for me is travel as it should be.

Room was big and clean, right off pool. Pool was clean and nice. Breakfast had a good variety.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was a bit old, but clean. The pool area was great!
