The room was spotless and updated fixtures in bath. Staff friendly and very helpful.

The room was clean and perfect for 5 people. The staff was very nice and helps.us more than once with minor problems. We loved the pool and all the fruits trees around it. It was like staying at a botanical garden. The kids loved it.

A small fridge in the room would make a difference.

Beautiful pool and gardens. Room was clean, however the pipes under the sink were in dire need of replacement. Occasionally there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The staff were excellent. The grounds were kept spotless. Breakfast was good. Excellent location as is across the road from an outdoor mall which is a central location for catching several day tours from Liberia. Would recommend

Great location although a little noisy at night. Great pool and hot tub area with nice little sitting area.

The staff were very accomodating and the breakfast was great.

Clean. Convient location to the airport and Walmart! Definitely "Costa Rica" style. I love supporting local businesses. So, I'm ok with some of the downsides, to support their amazing staff! Pool was wonderful!

Room was clean! Check in- staff was lovely! Don’t know BRK was included was just enough nothing fancy but good! Good right across the street along with groceries. Pool great! Water slide. “Hot” tub not hot just like warm but kids still liked it. We would stay again for sure. Pool chairs and pool need some changes and up keep but really nice place to stay if needing close to airport

The staff are very nice. In particular the young lady that helped me with breakfast. I explained my dietary restrictions to her and she was so very helpful. The room amenities are minimal which is ok. The room was clean but there is a moldy smell. It was fine for one night The wifi code did not work and there was little to no orientation. I was not sure where to get safe drinking water . It is quite noisy but I was so tired and wore earplugs to sleep. Some of this is street noise so can’t be helped. It fit the bill for me in a pinch.

The first room wasn’t cleaned at time of check in. Second room was beat with Brocken tiles all over the floor. Pool was older with a odour to the water. The hot tub was like warm. No glasses in the room and had a hard time getting some.
