ドブロブニク空港へのシャトルバスがとまるGrawe のバス停と数分おきに旧市街のピレ門へ行くバスが止まるため、交通アクセスが最高。スタッフの方も、英語が不慣れな私たちにとても親切で、美味しいレストランやバスの情報、お勧め観光地などを親切に教えてくれて、本当に良かったです。次回ドブロブニクにきた時はリピートします。

バス停、港、スーパーが近いので滞在の拠点とするのに便利です。モールの中にエントランスがあり、時間限定ですがフロントデスクもあり安心、スタッフは親切です。テラスからの景色がよく、道路に面しているものの静かで快適に過ごせます。 冷蔵庫の中と食器を綺麗にしておいてほしいです。

ショッピングモールの中にあり戸惑いましたが、事前に入り方などを丁寧にメールで教えて下さったのでスムーズに入室できました。 リーズナブルな値段なのでそれ相応のお部屋でした。寝泊りだけでしたので、特に不便はありません。

広いお部屋にトイレが二つも！快適でしたあー！最初、デパートの中にホテルがあるなんておもいませんでした！

長距離バスステーションや港が全て徒歩５分程度で便利。事前に詳しく道順の説明を貰ったお陰で簡単に着きました。長距離バスターミナルから（フェリーと反対方向）線路を渡り直ぐに左折して線路に沿って歩き、プラットフォームの最後で右折してゲートを出てそのまま道路をわたり前の階段を上り右折して50m程行った正面。事前におおよその到着時間を知らせていましたがバスの遅れで１時間程遅く到着しましたが受付の女性が外に出て出迎えてくれました。

レセプションの方々にいろんな情報を教えてもらい滞在中とても助けて頂きました。ランドリー設備があるとサイトには記載されていましたが、自分たちの部屋にあると思っていたので、そこを明確に金額もあわせて記載するともっと良くなると思います。また、ドライヤーが少し旧型のようでなかなか乾かず、友人も私も髪が長いので少し苦労しました。

There were many restaurants but we were here offseason but still had enough options for food and bakeries. Uber was cheap to old town but the bus was right behind the hotel. The view was absolutely amazing.

Le personnel etait super et donnait de bonnes recommandations pour des forfaits excursions. Super bien situé, pres des transports publics et des commodités.

Room was wonderful with such a beautiful view. Staff were really helpful and recommended some great walks and activities, as well as providing a map and bus routes which was really helpful. Lovely stay, and would return.

Sjenerende lukt på badet, tydelig vannskader på listverk. Luktet rett og slett kattetiss. Balkongen har plastvegger, og dette bråker veldig ved minste vindrag noe som påvirker nattesøvnen. Ana og Goran er vennlige! Stiv pris for lite komfort. Vi kommer ikke til å reise tilbake.

Great walkable location.

Lovely apartment right on the water with beautiful view. We loved sitting on the porch/ deck watching the boats and people go by. The shower was a problem, dis not operate properly and leaked through to the bathroom floor. Everything else was spacious clean and great .

The hotel is not four star at all , the washroom is not nice and the shower didn’t have any soap air shampoo or anything and water got cold after 5 minutes. The location of hotel is great and the staff are nice but the hotel is not four star

Fantastic few days at the Adriatic. The view from the apartment is the show stopper, uninterrupted across the harbour with its busy tour boats and of course the cruise ships. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk too. We did the walking trail around the headland ( approx 7km) recommended by reception, which was brilliant. The staff were amazing, pleasant friendly and very helpful. Sorted airport transfers for us which were excellent. The apartment was perfectly clean with everything in order and housekeeping came every day. Maybe a couple of upgrades required (bedroom lamps/curtains) but it did not spoil. Great bakery close by with beautiful pastries for breakfast, also shops and the supermarket all within easy reach. You can walk to the Old Town in about 20 mins or an Uber was €9. Buses ran frequently but we didn’t use them. We had a fantastic stay and holiday in Dubrovnik, highly recommend the Adriatic apartments. The Croatian people are friendly and genuinely seem happy for visitors to be there and most importantly we felt safe.

Excellent apartment with wonderful views, staff brilliant, would book again.

Great property with stunning views. Much quietier and far less hectic than Old Town but still an easy bus or Taxi ride. Highly recommend, particularly room with water views.

Such a great place for an extended stay. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing and the staff are just excellent and love to help where they can. Room has everything you need. Couldnt recommend it enough. I will definitely be back.
