There were many restaurants but we were here offseason but still had enough options for food and bakeries. Uber was cheap to old town but the bus was right behind the hotel. The view was absolutely amazing.

Room was wonderful with such a beautiful view. Staff were really helpful and recommended some great walks and activities, as well as providing a map and bus routes which was really helpful. Lovely stay, and would return.

Sjenerende lukt på badet, tydelig vannskader på listverk. Luktet rett og slett kattetiss. Balkongen har plastvegger, og dette bråker veldig ved minste vindrag noe som påvirker nattesøvnen. Ana og Goran er vennlige! Stiv pris for lite komfort. Vi kommer ikke til å reise tilbake.

Lovely apartment right on the water with beautiful view. We loved sitting on the porch/ deck watching the boats and people go by. The shower was a problem, dis not operate properly and leaked through to the bathroom floor. Everything else was spacious clean and great .

The hotel is not four star at all , the washroom is not nice and the shower didn’t have any soap air shampoo or anything and water got cold after 5 minutes. The location of hotel is great and the staff are nice but the hotel is not four star

Fantastic few days at the Adriatic. The view from the apartment is the show stopper, uninterrupted across the harbour with its busy tour boats and of course the cruise ships. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk too. We did the walking trail around the headland ( approx 7km) recommended by reception, which was brilliant.
The staff were amazing, pleasant friendly and very helpful. Sorted airport transfers for us which were excellent.
The apartment was perfectly clean with everything in order and housekeeping came every day. Maybe a couple of upgrades required (bedroom lamps/curtains) but it did not spoil. Great bakery close by with beautiful pastries for breakfast, also shops and the supermarket all within easy reach.
You can walk to the Old Town in about 20 mins or an Uber was €9. Buses ran frequently but we didn’t use them.
We had a fantastic stay and holiday in Dubrovnik, highly recommend the Adriatic apartments. The Croatian people are friendly and genuinely seem happy for visitors to be there and most importantly we felt safe.

Great property with stunning views. Much quietier and far less hectic than Old Town but still an easy bus or Taxi ride. Highly recommend, particularly room with water views.

Such a great place for an extended stay. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing and the staff are just excellent and love to help where they can. Room has everything you need. Couldnt recommend it enough. I will definitely be back.

Accueil irréprochable par l’équipe Adriatic Team et jusqu’à 21h non stop !
Logement très bien placé et géré, très propre et avec l’accès direct aux facilités (restauration, bar, port, bus pour la vieille ville…).
On accède facilement et rapidement aussi bien à la ville, au port qu’à la plage.
Je recommande vivement pour passer une semaine tout confort !

Place was very nice but beds were rhe worst I have slept in!! Room 2, the mattress literally must be a box spring instead of a mattress.!! We stayed 4 nights and had springs digging into our whole body!! Couldn’t sleep properly. I think the floor would have been better!! We had busy days and we wanted a comfy bed to sleep in and rest but unfortunately this was not possible.😞 the view is amazing and the girl at the desk was friendly but that is about it!! Not worth the money spent!!

The location is the best we vould have selected. Oceanview walkout patio, right on the bus stop w. Easy access to old town. 20 min walk to Copa Cabana beach. Loved it.
