Hotel is on a lovely location. Sunsets here are amazing. The reception is not assessable without a key, and there was no one who understood English at reception that made it difficult. Housekeeping is very friendly and does a wonderful job, and understands English! They did not have enough breakfast out some mornings, but it was not too bad. Only a 25-30 min Bolt ride into Old Split.

Absolutely horrible staff, F everybody there. Such rude, disrespectful and soulless people. I wish I had never booked this hotel in the first place.

Bra hotell, kanske inte 4-stjärnigt i mina ögon. Läget är fantastiskt, men parkeringen är för liten. Vi hade två MC som fick plats, men i övrigt var det dubbel-och trippelparkering som gällde. Fina solstolar och bra bad, men badskor behövs. Personalen pratar mest tyska. Frukosten ok, men inget utöver det vanliga. Mycket trappor. Sköna sängar. Ta med egna handdukar då man inte får ta ut hotellets till stranden. Ät inte på hotellets strand-restaurang, gå till någon av de näraliggande istället.

One needs to have a car to get to the hotel. The Bus are scheduled but not on time due to severe traffic. Most workers are friendly, except for that seemingly the owner. Beach towels are rented as compared to other hotels where there can be loaned.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and breakfast was excellent with a lot of fresh fruits and other variety. There are beautiful views to the sea from the hotel and it was really nice that the hotel has also its own beach. We used a rental car but without it the location might be a bit tricky. There is not so much to see or to do in Podstrana and it seems that there is not an actual town center either. This is why we visited other places too every day. The hotel's parking area was full when we arrived there for the first time, but the owner helped us and everything arranged well. We understood each other well enough with the owner even though we didn't have a common language. I travelled with my family of 5 and everything went well and we enjoyed our stay.

Liked it was on the beach, breakfast was included perfect for what we required.

Die Unterkunft war nicht genügend sauber, die reception war zu aufdringlich und jammerte die ganze zeit, der Pool war nicht einsatzbereit, der strand war eine Baustelle, denn Sonnenschirm und Liegestühle mussten wir selber zum Strand tragen, das Frühstück hielt sich an der grenze zur bewunderung der kaffe war Katastrophe, die terasse war nicht belegt mit Tisch und Stühlen obwohl sehr schönes warmes Wetter war, das Zimmer hatte diverse mängel, der Wasserdruck in der Duschkabine war sehr sehr schwach usw. Das einzig positive war die nähe zum strand der eine Baustelle war!

Oltiin tyttären kanssa kolme yötä. Todella siisti ja kaunis paikka. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä. Parvekenäkymä merelle oli erittäin nätti. Aamupalalla kaikki tarvittava. Voisin mennä samaa paikkaa uudelleen.

Super Lage, direkter Strandzugang, kostenlose Liegen und Schirm, Klimaanlage im Zimmer, kleine Zimmer, sehr Sauber, Frühstück gut, Personal alle sehr freundlich, Restaurant, Bäcker und Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen.

Mgr or owner did not speak English (even though adverstised at Eng speaking), only German, and was incredibly rude. The AC in my room was not working and I could not find her (owner) anywhere. I had to call expedia mulitple times to get in touch with her. She ignored me 3x re: AC, instead showing me how to operate it on the one in the 'lobby'. I tried to tell her each time that it wasn't working. She would then disappear again. FINALLY, after expedia spoke to her, she came up to my room to fix the AC. It WAS NOT WORKING - a hidden breaker was switched off - no way for me to figure that out on my own. She didn't apologize or even offer a bottle of water as I was dripping with sweat. She closed the bar/rest early, so I couldn't even purchase anything. I had to walk down the beach to get a cold drink. Room was TINY, which I didn't mind bc it was just me and was for one night (airline rebooked me). Couldn't even open my suitcase in the room. DO NOT STAY HERE! 3 stars, my ass. 0 stars would be more accurate.

Keine Seife und Shampoo. Klima geht nicht. Zimmer zu klein. Frühstück war nur okay. Pool und Sauna außer Betrieb ohne Grund. Für den Preis ganz unzufrieden.

The landlady is very unpleasant, speaks only German, angry that we speak English and not German. Very poor breakfast. Very small bathroom and no soap. This is not a 3 star hotel not even a 1

Personnel ne parlant pas du tout anglais ni français et vous parlant unique allemand alors que la personne voyait bien que nous ne comprenions pas cette langue. Nous avons même utiliser google traduction pour communiquer avec elle, mais elle a continuer à nous parler allemand. Un manque de respect total..... Quant à la chambre nous avions une chambre économique....pour le prix de la chambre une honte ! Climatisation archaïque et balcon direct sur le balcon ! Je déconseille cet hôtel surtout pour le prix.

I only liked being close to the beach . This hotel doesn't provide sanitary things like soap, shampoo, towels . They don't change the bed sheets

Man wird von der Besitzerin sehr wohl umsorgt.

Good facilities on the beach. I did not like the service. Are not client oriented staff neither the owner.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft werden wir noch lange in positiver Erinnerung behalten. Hier stimmte einfach alles, Ausblick, Sauberkeit, Frühstück und eine super nette und freundliche Besitzerin. Wir können dieses Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.

Mein Zimmer mit Meeresblick war hervorragend. Wie im Prospekt/Werbung nur 5 Meter vom Strand. Herzliche, freundliche Atmosphäre im Hotel. Gutes und reichliches Frühstück. Die Lage ist optimal.
