Good hotel for tourist!

スタッフの皆さんが、とてもフレンドリーで優しく接してくださいました。 朝食も種類が豊富で美味しくいただきました。 部屋の空調が、暖かくて窓を全開にしていました╰(*´︶`*)╯♡

スタッフの皆さんがとてもフレンドリーで、心温まる応対をしていただきました。食事もバラエティに富んでいました。 部屋の空調が暖かすぎた点が残念でした。

バスアメニティやスリッパが部屋に常備してありよかったです。また、無料の朝食ビュッフェは種類が豊富で美味しかったです。お部屋の清潔感だけは完璧ではなかったので星4つにしています。有名観光地までの距離は、頻繁にトラムが走っているのであまり気になりませんでした。

ホテルすぐそばにバス停があったようですが、ザグレブの駅から二駅のTrnavaという駅から歩いて15分くらいだったのでそちらを利用しました。中心地から乗車時間、歩き含めて25分でとても快適なお部屋に到着します。設備も清潔さもスタッフも全て素晴らしいです。バスタブもあり日本人にとっては嬉しい滞在先です。ザブレグの歴史が書かれたガイドブックのような物も日本語で用意されていました。朝食は温かいお料理もありコーヒーも美味しく、全て素晴らしく、少しくらい中心地から離れていても良いという方にはおすすめのホテルです。

気になったのはバスルームのドアの掛かりが少し悪かったことだけ。部屋は快適で朝食も美味しかった。車でセンターまで10分で行けるし、トラム駅も近いので利便性が高い。少し郊外なだけホテル代が安かった。

中心部からは少し離れていますが、駐車場もあり、スタッフも親切でお部屋も快適でした。スパもよかったです。

Location is perfect, direct tramway to railroad station or Ban Jelačić square. Perfect breakfast, parking near the building, only too hot in room because the control is not working - just sleep with window open.

Atendimento

Nice large room, and very helpful staff who changed are room to a quieter position. Very good amenities and hotel is close to tram stops which take you into central Zagreb.Breakfast is very good and also secure parking on site.

Our suite at Residence Hotel was comfortable and well-appointed, with a particularly nice bed that ensured good rest during our stay. The food served at the hotel was tasty and enjoyable. The staff appeared friendly, though we didn’t have much opportunity to interact with them beyond basic exchanges. One area for improvement would be the bathroom - there was noticeable limescale on the shower fixtures that could do with replacing or a thorough clean. I’d also suggest adding coffee and tea facilities in the room, as this would be a welcome convenience for guests. Overall, it was a decent stay with good fundamentals, but a few small touches could elevate the experience.

Excelente atendimento de toda equipe. Instalações novas e quartos excelentes. Bem organizados e limpos. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e super bem servido com inúmeras variedades. Super bem localizado, fica há uns 10 minutos do centro de carro. Tem estacionamento bem próximo e muitos restaurante, cafés e mercados nas proximidades.

Breakfast was OK. Location was great. Easy acess to trams and buses. Good accommodation for the price.

Really small room. AC is centrally controlled and wasn't working at all, esp during the night when the room got too hot due to the bathroom heater. Front Desk said they will fix it but didn't even after multiple requests. No coffee maker in room or cups, we had to ask for them. This is a bad hotel, not worth it as there's other options in Zagreb, Overall Zagreb itself is not worth visiting - nothing to see or do. Best to skip it entirely, save money and time.

We had a great stay at Residence Hotel! The receptionist Allan was amazing. He was so friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. The hotel is 20 minutes outside of the central square of Zagreb by tram. It leaves right outside the hotel, so that isn't a problem at all. Close by the hotel there is also a Lidl and a good Italian restaurant.

The room is nice comfort and clean. Good breakfast.

Very good breakfast, not crowded, friendly

Small parking lot and busy street. The room was great and the staff was excellent and helpful. No issues except for parking.

Staff very professional, friendly and courteous. Breakfast options were very good. Property in a great location for easy access to the Old city via the tram system which is cheap and easy to use. If staying in a room at the front of the hotel (which we were) it is noisy on and during the night from all of the traffic on the busy road outside. Our room was clean and spacious. We did not use the spa facility.
