施設、スタッフの対応・サービスともに素晴らしかったです。スケジュール上、一泊しか出来なかったのが勿体無いくらいでした。

各スタッフさん、ロケーション、お部屋、空間の取り方ものんびりするには最高です！唯一アメニティのシャンプーが全然合わず髪の毛がキシキシになり始めて海外でシャンプーを購入しました。

６番のバスを使えばホテル-旧市街地のアクセスが簡単です。 室内もホテル全体もキレイで広く、スタッフも仕事熱心でとても親切な方達ばかりです。朝食もふんだんにあり、連泊しても飽きる事は少ないと思います。館内にはライブラリーやカウチやデザイン性高い椅子等が沢山あり、リラックスするのにはとても良いホテルでした。近くのビーチもとてもキレイです。

とても快適なリゾートホテルです。旧市街とはバスで繋がっています。ホテル内の売店でバスチケットを買えますが、使えるのはクーナ現金のみです。10分毎なので不便は感じませんが、時間帯によっては渋滞があり10分以上かかる場合もあります。ホテルはリゾート感たっぷりで旧市街とは全然違うので、コントラストを楽しめます。清潔感があり施設も部屋も広くて寛げます。スタッフもフレンドリーで好感が持てます。ただ残念なのは、夕食がビュッフェのみで、朝食のビュッフェと大して変わらない点です。アラカルトで食べたい場合は、近くのバラマールグループの他ホテルで提供しています。食事がもっと充実していると、パーフェクトなホテルだと思います。

新しくて綺麗なホテルでした。プールからの景色も抜群。 旧市街へのバスのチケットは、ホテル内の売店で往復分買えます。 でもチケットはカードでは買えないので現金が要りますよ。 両替は、日本円からでも大丈夫ですし、フロント付近にATMもあります。 朝食はバリエーションが豊富で良かったですが、オムレツは作る人がまだ新人なのか、ちょっとダメでした。 レイトチェックアウトしたかったのですが、今日は満室ということで、お金を払ってのは無理でしたが、10時までのところ、11時までタダで延ばしてくれました。 また、是非来たいと思うホテルでした。

旧市街からはバスになるけど、4つ星のゆったりとした滞在を楽しめました。お部屋も広くスタッフも親切でした。ドブロブニクにはまた来たいと思っているので、次回もお世話になりたいです。

快適な滞在でした。プールも プライベートビーチも 十分。 レストランの質も満足いくレベル。レイトチェックアウトが 3000円程度で 宿泊費に比して 非常にリーズナブルだったので、最終日も 海/プールで しっかり遊べました。

Hotel was in perfect location, clean and modern. We had a few slight issues in the room like needed more hangers, fridge didn’t work but after a few requests were sorted. The girls on reception were friendly but could have done a lot more on the welcoming front it was very much “there are your keys” and then back to their phones or laptop. A little more conversation and customer service required.

Really great area to bade yourself for a stay in Dubrovnik. Babin Kuk is mainly made up of resort hotels, including the Valamar group which meant you could use the loungers on the beach at the nearby President hotel. Only shame was that the al la carte poolside restaurant didnt stay open til 9pm as stated meaning one evening we found it difficult to find somewhere to eat. Our only other option was their €32 euro buffet restaurant! Really easy to get the bus into Dubrovnik as bus stops round the corner.

A big hotel but with some great facilities such as 3 pools spa and breakfast included. Quiet location with easy 10 minute bus link to the town. Amazing views and lovely weather. Staff friendly and helpful Surrounding area is mainly hotels and a small outdoor shopping centre that has seen better times! But has a mini market and a couple of cafes if you want to escape the hotel

We stayed early October, pools and facilities still all open. Staff were helpful and very polite. Hotel is great, everything you could want. Easy 3 min walk for bus. 5 min walk to the most beautiful views on the coast promenade. Head to the Royal hotel and walk through to the promenade from there, it is stunning and also gives you lots more options of restaurants and drinks. Sunset from anywhere on the prom is stunning. Breakfast at the hotel was great, everything available, quality fresh foods. Same for the evening buffet, so much choice and made fresh 35 euros if it’s not included in your stay. The poolside restaurant has seats outside and in shade, it’s open and looks very modern, menu is good for lunch and snacks, pizzas are great and also the pasta. The room was spacious, bed comfy, good size balcony, and we loved the bathroom, very modern and a huge shower. Clean and fresh. We booked excursions through the hotel, concierge service was informed and helpful, very easy booking and felt confident we had everything arranged. They even made us a breakfast box to take away on an early morning start. Very good service. Indoor pool and sauna were clean and very nice. Checked out the gym but didn’t use it, equipment looked everything you could need. We would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely return here ourselves. Thank you to all staff.

A Dream Stay in Dubrovnik – We Didn't Want to Leave! We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and genuinely wish we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views—everywhere we turned was another beautiful spot we wanted to explore or simply relax in. The amenities looked incredible, and while we didn’t have time to take full advantage of them all, what we did experience was top-notch. One of the biggest highlights? The breakfast. Hands down the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had—what a spread! Every detail was thoughtful, fresh, and delicious. This place has a magical feel and strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time!

We really liked the location, view, clean room, friendly staff, and sauna.

Over, it was great. Ines at front desk was outstanding. While we waited several hours to get our room, it was insufficient, dark, no view, overlooking a parking lot and a wall. Inez worked with us to accommodate us and finally put us in a room that was what we paid for. She was absolutely amazing and accommodate us thoroughly.
