O hotel é maravilhoso! A vista da piscina e do restaurante é surreal! Ambientes mega confortáveis, amplos, o hotel é enorme. Único ponto negativo seria um leve cheiro de mofo no quarto. De resto foi uma experiência incrível. Voltaríamos certo.

Wir werden das Hotel wieder buchen aber darauf achten, dass wir wegen der Bedienung bei den Getränken im richtigen "Revier" sitzen, man u.a. ansonsten lange sitzen kann, obwohl für ein Glas Rose 0,2 10,50 Euros dann auch noch verlangt werden.

Food and drinks were good but expensive. The view by the pools and restaurants were amazing, especially at sunset. Staff were friendly as well.
Room was clean but had a musty smell coming from the air conditioning, the maintenance staff said it was clean so all we could do was open the door to let fresh air in.
It did seem like the hotel wasn’t equipped enough for how many people there were - never enough sunbeds available, breakfast always super crowded unless you go in the first hour and a half, etc.

The hotel has the most fantastic view. The pool area is brilliant. The food is all delicious. The hotel is really clean. It allowed us to have a really enjoyable experience and we loved our trip to Dubrovnik.

What an absolutely gorgeous hotel and wonderful stay I had. The pool area and views are lovely, especially at sunset. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options and everything was tasty. Would definitely recommend.

This is a mediocre resort at best. The parking is far away from the hotel, the hallway was smelling smoke, the bathroom sink was clogged, you have to pay for staying on the beach only at a their neighbor property, among a few other things. Not to mention, they did wash windows with a very loud machine at 8 am!

Insgesamt ein schönes Hotel mit gutem Service freundlichem Personal. Was uns allerdings völlig unverständlich war, ist die Tatsache, dass wir in einer gemeinsamen Buchung als 4-köpfige Gruppe von 2 identischen Zimmern die Zimmer in 2 ganz unterschiedlichen Hotelbereichen erhalten haben. Das eine Zimmer hatte Meerblick und das andere Zimmer in einem etwas abgelegenen Gang hatte nur Straßenlage. In diesem Zimmer fehlten zudem die Bademäntel und die Batterien in der TV Fernbedienung, der Zimmersafe ging nicht, weil die Batterien ausgelaufen waren. Diese Kleinigkeiten wurden zwar schnell behoben, aber warum müssen das erst die Gäste feststellen, da sollte es in einem 4-Sterne Hotel doch eine Qualitätskontrolle geben.
Das schlechtere Zimmer hat uns schon geärgert, aber da wir nur 3 Nächte dort verbracht hatten, ließen wir es, wie es war.
