Room is so clean and beautiful. Breakfast is also great. This hotel is near from beach and restaurant area.

Nice apartment. Good for long stay.

The gentlemen checking us in didn't seem too friendly and didn't even let us know that breakfast was included in our stay. I had to go back down to ask about it later in the day. When I asked about self-parking, he just seemed bothered by my questions as well. While the hotel was nice and met our needs (and the breakfast was excellent), it was just disappointing that the service wasn't that great. All other staff we spoke with were very friendly though.

Das Hotel war wirklich toll, das Ambiente, die Lage und die Größe des Zimmers haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war super und das Personal im Frühstücksbereich war sehr nett und bemüht. Auch hier stimmte das Ambiente sehr. Auch die Reinigungskraft war sehr nett und hat einen tollen Job gemacht. Parkplätze gibt es zwei und wir haben auch immer einen Parkplatz gefunden.

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Gute Lage nähe Meer mit zahlreichen Restaurants.

Very nice hotel in good, central location. Premium room was well laid out and had excellent facilities. Good breakfast with lots of choice.

Fantastic staff. Lots of dining options at walking distance.

The coffee at breakfast was really poor quality. The room condition is old and tired. The receptionists were cold, nearly no emotion. No greeting to the customers and not helpful. The porter is the only personnel who is helpful and kind.

Personalen var trevlig men killen i receptionen mumlade och var lite svår att förstå, dålig engelska. Rummet var bra men det luktade unket från duschen och sängen var hård för en svensk, inga täcken utan bara lakan, dåliga kuddar. Korridors lamporna hade ett otrevligt blått ljus som gjorde att man blev yr och svårt att se. Frukosten var bra.

Spotless room

I have been in many hotels but this hotel would have to be in my top 10. Breakfast room not over crowded, cleanliness everywhere, room was a suite so we had a kitchen and a sofa. The shower had great water pressure and the water was hot. The spa and gym facilities were amazing. The indoor pool was heated. You have to pay extra for the sauna, steam and ice room unless you pay for a treatment. We did not use the roof top bar as there were a few mosquitoes around. Location to the sea (no beach/sand) was 4/5 min walk. Restaurant in the hotel and plenty close by. We hired a car and the free car park was an added bonus.

Reception staff were probably the most unfriendly I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. Not rude, but not a bit welcoming either. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Pool area wasn’t great as huge parts of it were in shade for good chunks of the day. The sunny side beds were all “taken” by towels being left, well before breakfast, even though the people didn’t arrive until just before lunch. Breakfast was good, plenty of variety but the three o’clock check in time and the staff would put me off returning here. Location is very close to all amenities including a small supermarket directly across the street.

Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato per 3 notti, ci aspettavamo un hotel migliore. La pulizia della stanza era accettabile, ma i corridoi che portano alle stanze erano sporchi. La colazione passabile, con alimenti di bassa qualità. Una nota molto positiva la do al personale, gentile e attento. In particolare a Vlad, che é stato molto cordiale e gentile!

Lovely staff, great room and good sleep!

Beautiful hotel very close to the sea. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are lovely and very clean. We had breakfast included in our stay which had a wide variety of choices including a cooked breakfast! Pool area is great! We only stayed 1 night so didn’t get to use all the facilities. Would definitely come back again.

Pretty good hotel but some of the rooms have a really boring and poor view to plants and a wall or a parking lot. My room was a view to parking and there were a few things that should be fixed like the glass wall in bathroom was lose and the roof above shower was almost looking moldy. Worse thing is that the floor in the shower is not shower tiles/stones and it was REALLY slippery and i fell on my ass twice when showering. It is close to city centre and the water, in an area with noise but not too bad. Room had great aircon
