The place was very noisy upstairs neighbours moving chairs until after midnight no reception to complain as they close at 4 pm, one of the beds had dirty sheets as if someone sleep and they just made the bed, there were bed bugs or fleas in the Sofa as we sit there for 10 min and had several bug bites on legs arms and back... I do not recommend for people with an allergy to insect bites as I have

I highly recommend the complex for a family place to stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean with various pools to choose either for privacy or kid friendly. The television has many options and caters to many nationalities The proximity to all the places of interest is an epicenter. The complex is safe for people or vehicles. The only consolation is that if you want a Mediterranean view seek elsewhere but with all the wonderful encounters within 10 minutes driving time, the stay is impeccable. Also, the kitchen arrangement and supplies are exquisite. I can find nothing wrong with this complex and will return.

staff are helpful and approachable

The apartment complex itself is nice, clean, and has easy access, but unfortunately the communication and customer service completely ruined the experience for me. The check-in instructions were extremely long and confusing, and all emails from the property went directly to my spam folder. They also did not communicate through Expedia, which made everything even more difficult. I only recovered the information after contacting Expedia directly. The biggest issue was the €100 deposit requirement, which was never clearly communicated to me in any email. Instead of contacting me professionally to resolve the situation, they decided to shut off the electricity to the apartment. Waking up without A/C or power on vacation was definitely not pleasant. When I went to the office, I was told it was “policy.” I returned with my credit card, and the employee asked for a PIN number. I explained it was a credit card, not a debit card, and her response was extremely rude and disrespectful: “Do you think this is the first time I’ve seen a credit card?” The entire interaction felt hostile and unprofessional. Even if there was confusion, there are respectful ways to communicate with guests. The property itself has potential, but the staff and the way they handle situations need serious improvement. I would say my entire experience can be described in one word: disappointment.

Great place to stay a 10min walk from Pafos beach. Apartment was amazing for the price.. staff were friendly and helpful..

Entry info was emailed the day before and the instructions were clear. Keys are in numbered lockboxes in reception. We stayed for one night after a late flight. There was a welcome pack of a bottle of wine, some water, a couple of tea bags and 2 sachets of coffee. There is a vending machine on site which stocked basic toiletries, crisps, noodles, chocolate, water, beer, soft drinks. The complex was easy to find with Google Maps and we had no trouble getting a parking space. There are a couple of well stocked kiosks nearby open til at least midnight to pick up a bottle of wine. The apartment was clean and fine for just one night. We had a balcony which overlooked the car park. Pool areas looked fine, but we didn’t use them.

Honestly this place was better than expected. Our room was huge. Lots of options for pools and the price was great for 5 nights. The front desk ladies were lovely and very helpful. Overall we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to those looking for a budget hotel / apartment.

Easy check in. Great communication. Self contained flats with everything you need in there. About 1km from bar street. No bars near by however two good mini markets. Easily accessible. Gym not too bad. No good if you are a body builder. The only negative is that there is a system with the hot water and solar power. You have to press a button and wait. For some reason this failed to work so I had cold showers for three days. On the whole I would recommend this apartment 👍👍

Room was ideal not far from the harbour

The hotel was actually a 3 start hotel, so nothing fancy. The rooms was clean, but I was really put off by the weird smell in the room. The toilets were below average.

I booked 2 one bedroom apartments, they were excellent, very spacious, plenty of utensils in the kitchen, lovely large balcony with a table & 4 chairs. 4 swimming pools on the complex with plenty of sunbeds. The checking in was easy due to the lovely staff in the reception. Will definitely be back in the near future.

Everything was perfect - if we had 1 ‘criticism’ it would be the hot water - but we understood the reasons for it not being constantly on tap

The room was very clean and there was some complimentary items for us in the kitchen. There's plenty of parking in the car park. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. The four swimming pools meant there was no problems finding space in a pool. It's close to the waterfront, roughly 5 to 10 minutes. Communication before arriving was very good and there was no problems checking in after hours. I will definitely recommend Artemis Cynthia and would stay here if I visit paphos again

Everything was good and comfortable

Convenient place to explore Paphos. About 30 mins walk to harbour and 10 mins walk to shopping mall.

This apartment was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was great, just a 15 minute walk to the harbour. Staff onsite were very helpful. Would stay again.
