The property was excellent, it had everything we needed, a lovely large balcony, pools very pleasing after a long day exploring on the bikes . A short walk to the beach and shops, would definitely recommend visit this accommodation.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Die Zimmer waren für den Preis in Ordnung, aber unseres war leider nicht ganz sauber. Im Bad und Schlafzimmer fanden wir unter anderem Haare von Vormietern.

After reading some reviews I was very apprehensive but I was very pleased with my stay. The check in was very easy despite arriving out of reception hours as key was left in a safe for collection. The apartment was spacious, excellent air conditioning with a fantastic balcony. The room was clean and towels were changed after a few days but I would have liked to have bedsheets changed. The ladies in reception were very helpful and approachable. There was no problem getting a sun lounger at 1 of the 4 pools. We used buses and Bolt to get around as it is a little out of the town centre but if you have a car the location is perfect. Plenty of small supermarkets nearby for the essentials. Overall we had an excellent time. You get what you pay for, a good base to explore Paphos.

Spacious accommodation with air con, washing machine, fridge freezer, etc. Having read the reviews I was worried that it would be noisy - our apartment close to reception was fine. The pool by us was nice and not very busy. This property wouldn’t be suitable for someone with limited mobility. I would have felt isolated if I didn’t have a hire car, as there are no restaurants nearby, just a couple of 7/11 type shops. I probably wouldn’t stay again due to its location. Good value for money though.

I highly recommend the complex for a family place to stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean with various pools to choose either for privacy or kid friendly. The television has many options and caters to many nationalities The proximity to all the places of interest is an epicenter. The complex is safe for people or vehicles. The only consolation is that if you want a Mediterranean view seek elsewhere but with all the wonderful encounters within 10 minutes driving time, the stay is impeccable. Also, the kitchen arrangement and supplies are exquisite. I can find nothing wrong with this complex and will return.

The apartment complex itself is nice, clean, and has easy access, but unfortunately the communication and customer service completely ruined the experience for me.
The check-in instructions were extremely long and confusing, and all emails from the property went directly to my spam folder. They also did not communicate through Expedia, which made everything even more difficult. I only recovered the information after contacting Expedia directly.
The biggest issue was the €100 deposit requirement, which was never clearly communicated to me in any email. Instead of contacting me professionally to resolve the situation, they decided to shut off the electricity to the apartment. Waking up without A/C or power on vacation was definitely not pleasant.
When I went to the office, I was told it was “policy.” I returned with my credit card, and the employee asked for a PIN number. I explained it was a credit card, not a debit card, and her response was extremely rude and disrespectful: “Do you think this is the first time I’ve seen a credit card?”
The entire interaction felt hostile and unprofessional. Even if there was confusion, there are respectful ways to communicate with guests. The property itself has potential, but the staff and the way they handle situations need serious improvement.
I would say my entire experience can be described in one word: disappointment.

Entry info was emailed the day before and the instructions were clear. Keys are in numbered lockboxes in reception. We stayed for one night after a late flight. There was a welcome pack of a bottle of wine, some water, a couple of tea bags and 2 sachets of coffee. There is a vending machine on site which stocked basic toiletries, crisps, noodles, chocolate, water, beer, soft drinks. The complex was easy to find with Google Maps and we had no trouble getting a parking space. There are a couple of well stocked kiosks nearby open til at least midnight to pick up a bottle of wine. The apartment was clean and fine for just one night. We had a balcony which overlooked the car park. Pool areas looked fine, but we didn’t use them.

Honestly this place was better than expected. Our room was huge. Lots of options for pools and the price was great for 5 nights. The front desk ladies were lovely and very helpful. Overall we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to those looking for a budget hotel / apartment.

Self contained flats with everything you need in there.
About 1km from bar street.
No bars near by however two good mini markets.
Easily accessible.
Gym not too bad. No good if you are a body builder.
The only negative is that there is a system with the hot water and solar power. You have to press a button and wait. For some reason this failed to work so I had cold showers for three days. On the whole I would recommend this apartment 👍👍
