予約時にツインベッドを希望していたが、チェックインの時にはダブルベッドを準備されていたため、レセプションにその旨伝えたところ、ツインベッドでかつ部屋をアップグレードしてくれた。スタッフの対応も満足でき、もっと宿泊したい気持ちになった。

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The food was to a very high standard. The Hotel is luxurious. The only criticism I would make is that kids are allowed in the spa area between 10am and 6pm. The jacuzzi is full of kids and babies, and kids are even in the sauna. The time slot for kids should be less, and at times when it’s reasonable for adults to want to enjoy the spa in peace.

Beautiful hotel . Nothing too much trouble . Was disappointed no cooked items to order like Egg Benedict but buffet choice was amazing so not a complaint. Wished stay was longer . Looking forward to the next time

Air condition was switched off and not available which made the rooms very hot and we were unable to sleep. When addressing this with the reception we were told they had switched it off as it was cold??!! They were unable to switch on and we were told this was nothing to worry about we could always have the balcony door open… yeah right with the red sand problems that would have left us all scared for life. A hopeless attitude by the staff and when advertising for termostat controlled A/C they were outright liers om the web.

Super nice hotel in Paphos! Nothing could compare with the sunset everyday from balcony! Highly recommend!

A treasure chest of a hotel with the kindest people who really care about giving you the most special experience. The hotel is simply beautiful and has everything and more to make your holiday perfect. The food in the restaurants is top notch, the grounds are breathtaking, the views are second to none, the staff always go above and beyond, the rooms are excellently equipped (there's even a pillow menu!), the spa is fabulous for winter holidays, the drinks are delicious treats, the live music adds a whole new layer of wonder, there's so much to explore in the surrounding areas from Tombs of the Kings to the glorious sea-side walk to the harbour...oh, and the breakfast is the greatest of all time (you have to see the next-level spread with your own eyes). It was an absolute pleasure from our welcome to our check-out and we can't wait to come back later this year!

The room was as per our request which was near the lift as I am disabled. In addition the room was spotless with a walk in shower. Balcony was corner on the side with sea view. The staff were helpful and polite. I try and stay a few days at the Elysium every time I am in Cyprus.

We had an absolutely wonderful time, as always, at Elysium Hotel! The room was stunning, the food was beyond delicious, and the birthday cake surprise was incredibly thoughtful and truly made our stay extra special. We can’t wait to come back again!

Bad service when it really mattered, unfortunately

Great hotel, amazing amenities and amazing staff, staff goes beyond and above expectations and makes all the difference above all.

Not so great as the other times we have stayed there. Room was very hot (as was the rest of the hotel), the curtain was ripped and there was no wine in the room. Breakfast still excellent, service was very good albeit a bit too much at some times. Christmas decorations were a bit basic and somewhat lackluster

Simply saying: one of the best in the whole world.
