予約時にツインベッドを希望していたが、チェックインの時にはダブルベッドを準備されていたため、レセプションにその旨伝えたところ、ツインベッドでかつ部屋をアップグレードしてくれた。スタッフの対応も満足でき、もっと宿泊したい気持ちになった。

An absolutely wonderful holiday - such attentive - without being overbearing - staff, beautiful rooms (we had a duplex) and facilities. Perfect pools for our boys aged 8 & 12. Kids club child centred snd not like an over organised summer camp, all food very high quality. The spa was lovely. Honestly cannot think of any criticism.

Very impressed with this hotel. Everything was clean and spot on. The staff were excellent and always at hand to help. My daughter wasn’t well and the next morning at breakfast she was asked by so many staff how she was feeling.

Das ganze Hotel sieht aus wie ein byzantinischer Traum! Sehr gute Ausstattung, gutes Spa und schöne Aussenbereiche. Es ist luxuriös, sauber, das Essen ist sehr gut und das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

O hotel tem uma estrutura excelente e muito nova e bem cuidada, mas tem um problema sério de gestão e equipe. Chegamos no dia comprado e nos disseram que nossa reserva era pra outro dia, tentando jogar a culpa na Hotelsdotcom. Apenas porque o hotel estava bem vazio, depois de muita dor de cabeça e conversas, nos receberam, como se estivessem fazendo um favor. Então, nos convenceram a reservar o jantar no restaurante asiático, que teria um jantar especial naquela noite e que precisaria de pagamento adiantado. Pagamos, nos programamos para passear e voltar para o hotel e jantar, mas chegamos e encontramos o restaurante fechado, porque ele simplesmente não abria naquele dia. Ou seja, eles têm um sério problema de gestão de datas. O incidente se resolveu e nos passaram para o restaurante italiano, com uma garrafa de vinho como pedido de desculpas, mas a má impressão ficou.

An exceptional hotel and beautiful seafront setting. The standard of food, facilities and service were all excellent.

nice hotel, good breakfast. no beach on site and entrance to water (small bay) was challenging due to lots and lots of rocks. no smoking on dinner restaurants at the hotel forced us to look for dinner option outside down the road.

Absolutely amazing stay – we only wish we had longer! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. A special mention has to go to Fontana’s on front of house, who was absolutely amazing — so welcoming, helpful and a real credit to the property. The property itself is beautiful, with so much attention to detail, and every member of staff we met was genuinely lovely and made us feel so well looked after. I’ve been lucky enough to stay in some incredible places around the world, and I have to say this was right up there with the very best. It ticked every single box — the setting, the service, the atmosphere, everything. We would 100% return and honestly just wish we could have stayed longer. A truly amazing experience and one we won’t forget. Thank you to the whole team!

We loved every part of our stay at the Elysium. It’s a beautiful hotel. Everything from the room, the breakfast, dining options to the pools, spa and wonderfully helpful staff was just spot on. A fantastic hotel which I cannot recommend highly enough. 30 minutes before my departure, I realised I had lost a pendant. We couldn’t find it immediately but on my return home I received an email to say it had been found and would be posted to me. The hotel went above and beyond, I’m extremely grateful and will be back for sure!

Fabulous hotel, however location needs to be reviewed if you want to be near harbour.

Great hotel and a short distance away from Paphos harbour. Food was very good.
