When I ordered delivery from Bolt Food and was having trouble with the delivery being extremely delayed, the woman at the reception helped me. The breakfast omelet was large, fluffy, and very delicious.

It was nice stay at the hotel especially the hotel staffs are so kind and friendly. However the room I stayed was facing the road and it was terribly noisy over the midnight. I bought ear plugs.And the faucet in the basin was broken. The lever handle was hardly sticking. It’s not easy to operate and cannot adjust the water volume or temperature smoothly then always water splashed around the basin.

空港から近く、徒歩で海岸沿いやレストランにすぐ行ける。 パーキングはないので、コインパーキングの利用になるが、一晩で5ユーロもしないので問題ない。 フロントスタッフの対応も良い。 車でニコシアやパフォスまでも十分に行ける距離。 部屋には、ウェルカムワインとウェルカムウォーターがある。これは嬉しい。

フレンドリーなスタッフと清潔な部屋で必要十分なホテルです。また市街地の中心部に位置しており、街歩きに便利です。

建物が新しいこともあり、非常にキレイ。広さも充分で、水回りやコンセントの設備も充実。ワインも頂けました。駐車場も近くにあり、街中なので散策にも便利。スタッフは親切で、ご飯も美味しい。 難点は、入口が分かりづらかったこと。

Sehr zentral. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr netter Service. Hotel mit Liebe zum Detail. Kann ich sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff!

Exceeded my expectations, very nice boutique hotel. Staff is amazing. Both ladies ( day and night shift ) were very helpful, checking on me every time I walked by the reception, breakfast was great. Good service The room with little balcony was cozy, clean room and everything I needed Location of the hotel is the best as well as it is 2 minutes from the promenade. I highly recommend this place. Top 5 star!

Great hotel, our room was at the back of hotel so not a great outlook but very quiet. Breakfast selection was excellent and service was great. All the staff were really helpful and the hotel was in an excellent location handy for everything. We would return in a heartbeat.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. WiFi was great. Good location close to shops, restaurants, the promenade and sea.

The breakfast was such a surprise, in a quaint coffee cafe, part of hotel! Fresh served, and delicious! The staff was great, especially Coreen, she went above and beyond, finding us bakery items we were looking for in town! She noticed it was my birthday, had a special surprise cake at breakfast! She even brought a laptop for us to check in at the airport and helped us! The hotel was clean, and they made you feel at home! Will definitely come back!

Everything was top class!!! The best breakfast, location perfekt 2 min walk from the Beach/promenade and right in the city center with Lord of restaurants, bars/cafees and shops. Brilliant service at the hotel, housekeeking just perfekt, Roof top with great views of Larnaca and the see, very quiet! Would love to visit again - highly Recommended!!!

The best I would say about the Qbic hotel itself is the reception staff, particularly Carine who was very friendly and helpful, and especially Yusuf. Yusuf is a very thoughtful, helpful, intelligent young professional who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable after I had checked in and my room was not an upgrade and the WiFi did not work. As a result he put me in a much better room the following day where the WiFi worked and the room an upgrade which I was entitled to pending availability. He was very professional and friendly. The second thing I liked about the hotel was the fantastic breakfast, although a bit confusing among some of the wait staff there. But the breakfast was superb and fresh and delicious each morning. Great options and excellently prepared. Great coffee too!! The hotel is a few mins walk to the seaside and accessible to all the restaurants down at the beach as well as shops around the area. The hotel was just fine but could use some room updates to make it even better. Overall, the hotel was good and I’d recommend it to others.
