큐빅 시티 호텔

당일 예약하고 갔습니다. 파킹랏이 없어서 이부분은 아쉬워요- 시티 정중앙에 위치해 있어서 접근성이 좋습니다. 시티 대부분은 도보로 구경가능해요~ 가장 좋았던 것은 아침식사였습다. 맛도 있고 깔끔하게 나와서 웬만한 호텔 아침 부페보다 괜찮았어요~ 호텔 추천드려요!!! This hotel is located in the cetre of the city. All places are accessible by walk. It takes only 3-5mins to the beach :) breakfast was amazing with nice staff. Foods were really fresh and well organized. What I didn’t like was there’s no parking lot in this hotel. If this hotel makes it’s own parking lot, it would be better for customers even it’s chargable. By the way, there is one parking lot 10 meters away from the hotel.

Everything was perfect!

The best I would say about the Qbic hotel itself is the reception staff, particularly Carine who was very friendly and helpful, and especially Yusuf. Yusuf is a very thoughtful, helpful, intelligent young professional who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable after I had checked in and my room was not an upgrade and the WiFi did not work. As a result he put me in a much better room the following day where the WiFi worked and the room an upgrade which I was entitled to pending availability. He was very professional and friendly. The second thing I liked about the hotel was the fantastic breakfast, although a bit confusing among some of the wait staff there. But the breakfast was superb and fresh and delicious each morning. Great options and excellently prepared. Great coffee too!! The hotel is a few mins walk to the seaside and accessible to all the restaurants down at the beach as well as shops around the area. The hotel was just fine but could use some room updates to make it even better. Overall, the hotel was good and I’d recommend it to others.

Amazing place and personnel… I love the MINGLE restaurant. What threw me back was the black water (sewage leak) in my room which caused a PUNGENT smell and was unbearable for 4 days. The housekeeping lady told me.. “yes… we have that present in 2 rooms”. So not sure why they put me there in sewage smelling bathroom. They need to get their act together.

Bus transfer didn't give good directions to get the last few hundred metres in steps and hills. I want prepared thinking I would get dropped to door.

Wonderful hotel. We stayed there a second time. Nice room, spacious, nice breafast. Highly recommended! It is three stars only brcause it has no gym.

The Qbic is a lovely little boutique hotel with warm, kind and helpful staff and delicious, healthy food options at their Mingle cafe. The bed was very comfortable, the room bright, clean and efficiently laid out, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The Qbic is a gem.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs, our room was very nice and comfortable. Their Breakfast was sumptuous with multiple options and dishes provided. It was a surprisingly great treat! I would have given a 5 star. However, it was a hardship to access the hotel due to the ongoing construction at the front. The road was closed and we had to walk a bit from the taxi to the hotel. The hotel sent a message about the construction while we were on our way and I was unable to check it . However, the staff made necessary arrangements to have the Taxi driver help us carry our luggages. Overall, our stay was very nice and comfortable. Thank you

A beautiful swimming pool terrace - front and center when I booked to stay here. But when I arrived? “The swimming pool is being renovated”. For a price north of 100€ pp daily I expected the basic decency of notifying me that the quality of your service went down

Poolen på taket som ingick i priset var inte tillgänglig. Det pågick reparationer på taket. Hotellet var lyhört och vi stördes av någon som tittade på teve nätterna igenom.

Staff were super friendly. They made us feel welcomed from check-in until we left. Only inconvenience was the construction in front of the hotel. Not their fault, but it definitely made it harder to haul luggages and taxis had to drop/pick you up down the road. Other than that, highly recommend.

The receptionist Kareen was very welcoming. Offered me a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice and two freshly backed cookies. My complimentary bottle of wine has a defective cap that was impossible to open. She immediately brought a new bottle to my room. The jetted tub was amazing. The location was great and being so close to the beach master easy to locate the hotel. The receptionist truly loves her job and goes the extra mile to make sure the guests have everything they need. Great stay

This is a small hotel with wonderful, helpful staff! All employees were very welcoming and accommodating. A high quality, made to order breakfast was included each day along with a buffet and fresh squeezed Orange Juice! Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Daphne and Karine were always so willing to answer any of our questions. The only downside was that there was road construction in front of the hotel and it made it harder to get in and out of the property. The hotel informed us ahead of time and upgraded our room. We would definitely stay at the Qbiq Hotel again!
