thermal pool and saunas were really amazing, impressive sauna area

Sehr freundliches Personal in jedem Bereich. Wir schätzen es sehr, dass im Wellnessbereich nur Erwachsene Zutritt haben. Sehr ruhige Lage. Toller Wellnessbereich mit großer Saunalandschaft. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war qualitativ eher gehoben, da zahlt man gerne mehr, da es fantastisch geschmeckt hat. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal dort und kommen gerne wieder.

Very nice and varying spa, the whole area was excellent!

Wir waren nur zwei Tage in dem Resort, aber wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Als wir Probleme mit der Dusche hatten, wurde uns ohne weiteres ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen und die Bade- und Saunawelt ist sehr schön und außergewöhnlich gestaltet. Wir können das Resort auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

ALWAYS a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect.

Hotel quite compact next to a large SPA. The hotel has swimming pool but the SPA yes and you need to pay the SPA fee to access it. The restaurant offer nice quality meal and excellent breakfast The location is further than I thought of the access to the lake The spa is busy with people coming from outside the hotel .

3rd visit here. Room was comfortable. Staff are great and wellness excellent!

Es wird bewusst der Eindruck erweckt, dass ein Pool zur Benutzung zur Verfügung steht. Dem ist jedoch NICHT so, man DARF gegen einen horrenden Betrag das Spapaket bezahlen, das ist schlichtweg irreführend und unseriös

Alles in allem hätte ich wohl überall volle Sternenanzahl gegeben aber morgens ab halb 8 ist es im Gang extrem störend gewesen, dass die Türen im Minutentakt vor dem Zimmer aufgemacht und sehr laut zu gefallen sind. Die Zimmertür ist ohne Gummi versehen sodass diese nicht lärmdicht ist. Also mit Ausschlafen geht da leider nichts. Ein Stuhl auf der Terasse war kaputt, dieser wurde zeitnah ersetzt. Ansonsten war alles Top und wir würden wieder anreisen. Allerdings mit Oropax.

Nice, modern and well cleaned rooms. Maybe in the bathroom is too dark and a spotlight over the mirror would be appreciated. You can hear crowd noises if esuberant guests stay on a party in the restaurant till late evening but generally I slept well over night.

Very nice hotel. Downside is that you have to pay to use every facility. I recommend going wild swimming in the resivoir - a lot less people. Staff are friendly and they were accommodating of our dogs

It was my mom's 75th birthday and so I decided to take her to a nice spa. And since we didn't live in the area, it was convenient to stay in the hotel and then just walk down to the spa wrapped in the bathrobe. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful. Clean and very well up kept. The lobby is nice and airy. But as soon as we got to the desk, they didn't have our reservation. Not sure what happened, because it was still active on my phone. Whether the hotel messed up or not, it took some tweaking and they made it right by upgrading us to a nice suite with a huge patio. Unfortunately it was raining all 3 days we were there, so we didn't get to use it, but they're was a nice bistro table with 2 chairs to sit at and 2 comfy looking lounge chairs. Bummer. The spa. The spa is breathtaking. They did really really good job. Everything was nice and clean and everyone seemed to be having great time being lost in their own world. Nothing i would change, accept for maybe adding an extra step to get in the whirlpool, as it could be challenging for someone older with a hip replacement surgery to get in. My mom wasn't able to get in, as the step was pretty high. She still enjoyed the pool though. Back to the hotel. If you have any dietary restrictions, please ask in advance. They CAN tend to you dietary needs. I was being told "no", but then talked to the director of the hotel that happened to be there and he confirmed they can. It was too late for us though, as we were checking out.
