ホテル サンクト アンナ

1階の部屋で窓の前を人が頻繁に通っていた。週末限定の屋上での朝食はメニューは限られるが雰囲気が良かった。ブッフェ朝食は普通。部屋は狭くタオルが古かった。ニューハウンの裏通りでどの方角にも利便性は高かった。ベッドの質は良かった。エアコンがうるさく消したが日本と違って湿度は低く、気温も２０度前後で快適だった。他の街の同価格帯のホテルに比べると星２から３という感じ。

朝食は素晴らしく、バーも気軽に立ち寄れます。ロケーションも運河に近く、市街地にも出やすい。ただ建物が古過ぎて、清潔さは限度あり。部屋の清掃は丁寧ですが。 何より、室内の椅子が重過ぎて机仕事は無理。ビジネスユースだったので疲れました。観光のためのホテルです。ビジネスユースとしては次は使わないと思います。

Property is in excellent location. Perfect location for Nyhavn area. It is clean and well maintained. Common areas are lovely. BUT, Rooms are very small, a deluxe room hardly fits two people. Hallways are so narrow it’s claustrophobic feeling. Hallways are so narrow housekeeping staff cannot use a cleaning cart to service rooms. Though most properties have similar small rooms. Air conditioning could not be set below 21C so room was very warm and humid making comfortable sleep impossible. Bathroom was very very very small and had no exhaust fan.

Se chegar ao hotel, de carro, é difícil visualizar a placa contendo o nome do hotel, que está entre um café e um restaurante, é difícil de enxergar. Chegando de carro e com malas, também, é complicado porque o hotel não tem estacionamento próprio (tem um público duas quadras a frente), nem local para parar na frente (sempre tem taxistas estacionados). O quarto é pequeno e apertado; o banheiro minúsculo. Só tem um elevador para atender todos os hóspedes. A localização do hotel, por outro lado, é excelente; bem como, o atendimento pelos funcionários. No geral, e para quem não viaja de carro, é um hotel bom.

Can’t beat the location of this hotel. Room was small but that is exactly what I had booked.

In the centre of Copenhagen with lots of things to do in a walkable distance. Great breakfast and friendly staff

We were never notified that the apartment is three flights of stairs without an elevator. There was nobody available even after we asked to help with taking our luggage up three flights of stairs. I want to add here that these are really narrow and short steps. She was very difficult for us to carry our luggage both while checking in as well as when checking out Also the last day apparently they were likely children staying in the apartment on the top of ours with unacceptable noise for most of the days duration very difficult circumstance to deal with especially when you’re traveling from overseas or a very tight meeting schedule, especially when you’re paying this kind of fee as a daily Value for the apartment in question

Great location, friendly stuff, room could be hit and miss. We got very strange small, dark and uncomfortable room at first, room 402. Next morning we asked about the other room and was moved to room 417. Great size, a lot of light , not even comfortable with the first one. If both rooms are at the same category, it is very strange. Otherwise we enjoy our stay
