First impressions on the hotel were very positive as it gave a stylish, upscale but cozy vibe. But we soon realized that the hotel was not very accessible to anyone with a cane or disablities. I was surprised that the front desk did not offer assistance in bringing our luggage to our room knowing how many steps and winding corridors we had to go through and our obvious limitations (we had canes). Otherwise, the amenities were great and in good shape due to what looks like recent remodelling,

Mid March 2026 quiet area, lots of places to eat (snacks,meals and wine bars, small supermarket ) all within walking distance. Close to metro, hop on hop off bus and canal cruse. Staff all very helpful and friendly,excellent breakfast with multiple choices.unfortunately our Bed was uncomfortable, pillows too soft for us but this did not spoil our stay at Skt.Annae.

Lovely hotel from start to finish. Free wine on Friday from 5pm til 6pm! Beautiful honesty bar on the rooftop terrace. Rooms were lovely and location was perfect.
