We had a wonderful family vacation in the middle of June. The family room was spacious and sunny. We were lucky that we had good weather throughout the week. Great internet everywhere from the hotel rooms to the common areas, which was really important for us. Great services and smiles in general, especially great greetings and helps from Josia. The food at the buffet area is good, must get the daily seafood at the grill station. Salads are fresh, but I was hoping for more variety of fruits. The only regret was that we couldn't get a table at the Steak House at all for the entire week. Every morning I tried but it's fully booked starting at 7:30am, unbelievable. Lazy river was our favorite thing. There is no access to the ocean because the beach was full of seaweed. Kids loved the foam party. I might try the Ocean Blue Resort next time for a better beach and water activities.

Actividades nocturnas terminan muy temprano

We had our butler Deiby Santana , he was very helpful and awesome . He made few changes with our fine dining due to our excursions schedule and he made it happened the very last minute . He made sure our bell boy was available on the day of our departure for our luggages. I would rate the food as 5 out of 10 . The “ privilege “ upgrade is definitely worth it . There’s one thing that we were not pleased with , the waiting for your dinner is extremely long . The fine dining would take about 1-1/2 - 2 hours . The property is beautiful with lots of amenities . You must try the only red clay courts in Punta Cana .

Property is cozy and has a huge potential to have 5 stars, however even though I made an electronic checking prior of my arrival as requested via SMS, once at the property the room was not ready (arrival 11:50am) it took 2 hrs and 25 min to receive the room, also I requested to the receptionist for an upgrade, and he said without blinking, the rooms are already selected 24 hrs before, (not good for a business when client wants to spend more $$ and no options were provided) also you get assigned a type of concierge before arriving to the property which I thought it was a nice experience since in the SMS said that will help me making reservations, excursion and transportation. I replied to him 48 hrs before the arrival with all reservation and excursions, no replied until the second day after we were in the property, which I already booked 3 private excursions (again not good for business) H10 losing $$$ for lack of follow up and up sales. Instead of focusing 100% in making you go to hear the membership speech, dedicate time to earn the clients trust and satisfy their initial needs, I spent $1700 in excisions family of 4, that I booked elsewhere since no replied were received from the concierge.

Large property (900+ rooms) and there is a lot of walking to get to the rooms, restaurants, beach etc. Trolleys are “available” however actually riding one is a hit or miss experience(mostly miss) the drivers tend to disappear and drive the outskirts of the property to avoid transporting people. A good twenty minute walk from the lobby to the beach. The food: the specialty restaurants (steakhouse, Italian , Japanese, Mexican and American you must awaken before 6 am to try to secure a reservation for the previous mentioned restaurants, nearly impossible unless you have a butler service. The food at these restaurants is less than mediocre and by that I mean cold unseasoned food. Service at these restaurants is not any better and the steakhouse was full of flies, all the patrons in the restaurant were swatting away while trying to eat. The food in the Mexican restaurant was again cold and tasteless, Sakura the Japanese hibachi, food was hot but rice was burnt, meat and chicken overly salty and tough. American restaurant (Route 66) we were unable to eat the food period. We left the entire meal - ribs were served with an insane amount of bbq sauce (not of our choosing) the fries were tough as if they had been fried over & over and the corn on the cob dehydrated. Housekeeping was at 9 am or not at all, and when we complained, the fob bracelet was deactivated (right after the room was cleaned) - coincidence ?

El servicio es pésimo en general poco atento el personal con algunas esepeciones, los que trabajan en el café son super super super lentos, los del bufet lo mismo párese como si no quisieran trabajar, en los bares de la piscina trabajan más rápido, la playa no es buena nada que ver como muestran las fotos, la comida en general es buena pero el personal es muy poco atento, siempre faltaban cucharas o platos o vasos. Las piscinas no estaban limpias manchaban la ropa de Verde No lo recomiendo tienen mucho para mejorar

Property was excellent! Only negative was you could not enjoy the beach / water since there were wave after waves of seaweed piled up at the water’s edge. Apparently, June-Aug is like this. Our guest services person / concierge, “Kevin” was exceptional! We have traveled all over and he was the best we have ever had.

Me encantó Viaje con mi familia y pasamos muy bien. Me gustaría que el personal no todos porque muchos fueron muy amables pero a veces en el área de buffet hacía falta un poco de más ayuda

Rooms needs to be maintained, room service is subpar, a lot of broken things in the room like lights, drawers, doors

Me gusto mucho, parqueo cerca, Check in fue rápido. Su mobiliario nuevo y moderno. La limpieza de las habitaciones muy buena, las piscinas excelentes. El entretenimiento muy bueno. Los restaurante con reserva todo muy bien. Para el restaurante bufet estuvo bueno pero me hubiese gustado tener más variedad de la comida. Lo demás estuvo muy bien. Otra cosa es que el Gym deben de agregarle máquinas más modernas.
