Location is perfect for beach,restaurant,transport,and can see sealion from balcony. You can feel galapagos while staying at this accommodation. Staff is also nice. They care of us for anything what we want to do. and we didn't need hesitate couse they speak perfect English. They gave us good memory of galapagos. We want to come back to this　excellent hotel one day. Thanks.

新しくて、客室が綺麗、かつ、桟橋に近くて立地最高のホテルです。 ただし、アシカの声が一晩中ものすごくうるさかったです。この点をガラパゴス体験としてPositiveに捉えれば、最高です。

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Galapagos Hotel in San Cristóbal. The hotel is perfectly situated right at the port, offering a great balance of lively daytime activity while remaining quiet and peaceful at night—ideal for a good night’s sleep. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Max, Joshua, and Antonia were always ready to answer questions, offer guidance, or help arrange transportation, which made our stay feel easy and well supported. Everything was immaculately clean, and we were very happy with our overall experience. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Es, sin ninguna duda, la peor experiencia hotelera que hemos vivido. La situación fue tan grave que nos vimos obligados a abandonar el hotel y buscar otro alojamiento, con el estrés y el perjuicio que eso implica al llegar a una isla como Galápagos en temporada alta. Este lugar no debería ofrecerse como hotel. La habitación asignada no tenía ventana ni ventilación. Era un espacio cerrado, oscuro y opresivo, más parecido a una cueva que a una habitación para alojar personas. Nada que ver con las fotos del anuncio. A esto se suma una gestión absolutamente irresponsable por parte del hotel. Dos semanas antes del viaje les escribimos expresamente para pedir ayuda con la planificación de actividades en la isla y preguntar si era necesario reservar excursiones con antelación. Nos aseguraron que no hacía falta, que todo se organizaba una vez allí. La realidad fue desastrosa: al llegar no había ni un solo tour disponible en toda la isla. Ninguna excursión, ninguna visita, ninguna alternativa. Viajar hasta Galápagos —un destino único en el mundo— y no poder hacer absolutamente nada por una información errónea y una falta total de previsión es algo imperdonable. Una experiencia horrible, mal gestionada y muy por debajo de cualquier estándar aceptable. No volveríamos jamás y advertimos claramente a otros viajeros: no reserven en este hotel. Galápagos merece respeto, profesionalidad y unas condiciones mínimas que aquí no existen.

Short but comfortable stay here! The front desk was really helpful with arranging our boat tickets to Santa Cruz for the following day. Additionally, they came in early at 6am to help us with our bags, escorted us to the dock nearby, and packed a small bag of breakfast for us to have on the boat! We really appreciated that service!

No tiene vista al mar, es parcial pero para ellos es vista al mar, la tarifa no corresponde al hotel, realmente es muy básico. Pero pues muy bien ubicado.

Staff and location were great. Vegan breakfast options were limited but OK. Ventilation was open to the hallway from the bathroom, so noise carried between hotel units and there were various light sources in the room that were annoying. Welcome gifts of wine and notebook were appreciated.

Hotel was clean, staff were really friendly and very helpful, bed was comfy and clean sheets, large spacious room with great balcony overlooking the sea and harbour. Good bathroom. Great location overall although could be a little bit noisy at times but that comes with the excellent location. Amenities all around within short walking distance.

Very clean room, great service, lovely updated rooms

Nice room on our second stay (back for a cruise). The ocean room was at the 3rd floor, which was less noisy than the 2nd floor. All staff is really friendly and helpful.

Staff was so kind and gentle, always willing to help. Andrea and Max at the front desk made us feel like at home. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was nice. Max at the front desk was SUPER helpful and pleasant. Aside from that, an excellent location to enjoy the best of San Cristóbal island has to offer. We didn't want to leave.

The hotel, staff and breakfast were all excellent. The location is right on the port with many of the rooms, and balconies, overlooking th water and beautiful sunsets. A special call out to the staff who were incredibly supportive during a tsunami evacuation, going so far as making sure we got to the airport after the all clear.
