Location is perfect for beach,restaurant,transport,and can see sealion from balcony. You can feel galapagos while staying at this accommodation. Staff is also nice. They care of us for anything what we want to do. and we didn't need hesitate couse they speak perfect English. They gave us good memory of galapagos. We want to come back to this　excellent hotel one day. Thanks.

Fantastic location, reasonably priced. No elevator but the front desk employee carried our bags up to our room and brought them back down when we left. Best part was access to the AC compressor area to dry all of our wet clothing and wetsuits in 1-2 hours before having to pack them into our suitcases. That alone would have me coming back to this hotel! Breakfast was very basic. Fruit, 2 eggs, white toast and coffee or tea with a lovely view of the harbor. Room was large and clean and quiet. AC worked great. Delightful town!

This was a very basic hotel and amenities where OK the gentleman who worked there was very nice to set up the Netflix and excellent people at the desk and helpful, but the property is very old and basic kind of room if you want to go by and spend less money to stay in town. It was convenient otherwise nothing much special. Third floor breakfast was very limited not many choices and being a leisure traveler and staying at 5 to 7 star hotels this was just one night stay for us and thereafter we had excellent five-star Airbnb villa for seven days we enjoyed in San Cristobal. They can improve the property in the rooms in the room service and a vanity is with a very little cost and how the basic coffee maker in the room or the kettle to make coffee in the morning for basic traveler this is OK hotel.

Absolutely amazing. Eva is a gem. The place is beautiful!

Joshua was very good and helpful. The location is unbelievable in front of the sea. The room was clean (except the toilet that we had to clean it). Another issue was a very noisy water pump that started working around 3am. This and the terrible and basic breakfast were the only two things we recommend to improve. It’s unacceptable that for that price we got a bad coffee, 3 pieces of fruit, very bad white bread, small juice and 2 eggs. We had to had breakfast at another place.

Plumbing was noisy and hot water went off! Toilet wouldn’t flush. Breakfast was basic.

The people at the front desk were super helpful! Very nice place. Would recommend!

You cannot beat the location of this hotel, right on the beachfront boardwalk, lined with shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, served on the rooftop terrace with great views.

Absolutely phenomenal

Wonderful experience. Perfect central location. Very friendly staff. Breakfast each morning at no additional charge while looking out over the bay was fantastic. The premier, top floor suite (#9) is well worth the extra money.

Very good place

The hotel is nice and modern, the room was clean and with comfortable pillows. The staff were very friendly and even let us check in early. We loved the view of the harbour from our room and the sunny balcony.
