Clean room, nice breakfast, good view

Did not visit the spa. The breakfast was great. The staff/owner was amazing. Friendly and knowledgeable. Made my wife feel way more comfortable. Thank you Absolutely stunning views. Especially from your own bed.

El Cráter has incredible views. Comfortable, luxurious rooms, and delicious food in the restaurant.

The location is without compare in the world; and to find a great hotel with lovely rooms and a great restaurant here is simply miraculous.

todo muy bien, el lugar muy bonito, limpio, la cama un poco pequeña para alguien que mida más de 1.80m Revisar los procesos de cocina ya que la fruta en el desayuno tenía sabor a cebolla y no la pude comer. La privacidad de algunas habitaciones es cuestionable, tiene una bonita vista al cráter y la cama esta orientada en ese sentido, sin embargo, delante de la habitación, está la vía de acceso de vehículos y personas a tan solo un par de metros, lo cual, inclusive con las cortinas cerradas, por la noche, permite ver todo el interior.

El lugar es muy bonito y pacifico. El staff súper amable. Lo único es que no hay muchas cosas por hacer si es que el clima no ayuda como en nuestro caso que pasó lloviendo y tuvimos que solo estar en la habitación porque no hay otras amenities más que senderos. Hay áreas húmedas (jacuzzi o sauna) pero hay que pagar aparte.

The views are truly unbelievable. Staff were excellent and the food was delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer!

It is a rainy season in the area and the staff made sure that we are comfortable no matter the weather.

El hotel tiene una vista y una tranquilidad inmejorables, pero también varios problemas. Si bien las habitaciones son de estilo rústico, comienzan a necesitar remodelación, especialmente los baños. En el caso particular de mi habitación, había un olor a tubería que no era inmanejable, pero llama la atención en un hotel de este precio. En cuanto al personal, es amable y servicial, otro de los grandes puntos positivos del hotel. Más allá de esto, el gran “pero” de este hotel es el restaurante. La comida es cara, algo normal en una zona turística, pero el problema es el sabor. El primer día pedí una corvina que estaba seca y un risotto de quinoa bastante deficiente. El ceviche Jipijapa no pasa de aceptable. En la cena, un pollo a la parrilla que parecía más bien frito y de un sabor soso y apagado, como sacado de un hospital. Lo peor fue la “orden de empanadas de verde”, que en realidad son cuatro mini empanadas congeladas que casi no tienen queso y cuestan 8 USD. Creo que por 123 dólares la noche, definitivamente hay mejores opciones.

¡Casi una experiencia religiosa! Mágico, Único, Especial, espectaculares vista, tremenda ubicación, en fin Majestuoso!!! Imagínate estar en el tope de una montaña: a un lado un valle que fue una laguna que al otro lado La Mitad Del Mundo, Lat 0!!!

This is a wonderful location for peace and also ease of accessibility to Quito. Scenery is breathtaking. Food and service at restaurant are excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious and have wonderful views both of the city and the volcano crater. The staff could not be more helpful and polite. I cannot wait to visit again. Visiting the Quito area I cannot imagine staying anywhere else.
