Beautiful hotel I love the view

Room was nice and large, Food was good, views were great, The hot tub is not really set up for guest use, it is a spa amenity that is an additional fee and has to be reserved in advance so they can heat it up. Overall I expected a more luxury experience for the price I paid and I felt somewhat underwhelmed by my stay.

Increíble experiencia. El hotel es espectacular y el entorno dentro del cráter lo hace algo único. El trato del equipo fue de lo mejor, especialmente Cristian, quien realmente te hace sentir como en casa. De los mejores hosts que he conocido viajando por América. Totalmente recomendado.

Very helpful staff. Christian and Santiago provided excellent service. Delicious food in their restaurant. Awesome location.

Dado que es un hotel ubicado en un sitio remoto, seria atractivo que brinde actividades de entretenimiento a sus huespedes. Por ejemple juegos de mesa, cabalgatas, o escuciones a pie, etc.

The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean, however the shower is not warm enough.

The location is without compare in the world; and to find a great hotel with lovely rooms and a great restaurant here is simply miraculous.

todo muy bien, el lugar muy bonito, limpio, la cama un poco pequeña para alguien que mida más de 1.80m Revisar los procesos de cocina ya que la fruta en el desayuno tenía sabor a cebolla y no la pude comer. La privacidad de algunas habitaciones es cuestionable, tiene una bonita vista al cráter y la cama esta orientada en ese sentido, sin embargo, delante de la habitación, está la vía de acceso de vehículos y personas a tan solo un par de metros, lo cual, inclusive con las cortinas cerradas, por la noche, permite ver todo el interior.

El lugar es muy bonito y pacifico. El staff súper amable. Lo único es que no hay muchas cosas por hacer si es que el clima no ayuda como en nuestro caso que pasó lloviendo y tuvimos que solo estar en la habitación porque no hay otras amenities más que senderos. Hay áreas húmedas (jacuzzi o sauna) pero hay que pagar aparte.

The views are truly unbelievable. Staff were excellent and the food was delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer!

It is a rainy season in the area and the staff made sure that we are comfortable no matter the weather.
