La atencion muy buena, volveria

The staff upon arrival was welcoming and attentive. The hotel is stunning and well maintained. The room was spacious and very well decorated with high end finishes. The bed was comfortable and the pillow choices were a nice touch. The bathrobes and slippers were appreciated after a nice hot shower with great water pressure. The rooftop restaurant has great views and food with an attentive staff. The breakfast in the morning in the downstairs restaurant was also great with huge portions. They even arranged a private car to take us back to Quito and we were very happy with how he drove and the car was very comfortable and clean. We plan on returning to Cuenca regularly and this will be our go to place to stay.

I’m so glad I picked this hotel for my first visit to Cuenca. It’s got a great location in the historic part of town. The staff was wonderful from check-in, assisting with activities/cabs, room service, and meals. The included breakfast offered so many custom choices. I would definitely return to this property and highly recommend it.

Positivos: - La ubicación es única, a unos pasos de la catedral. - El desayuno muy bueno y variado - La atención del personal muy buena - La vista del bar es muy bonita, se ve la catedral a unos metros. El único problema es que tienen prendidos los calentadores y te arriesgas a cambios de temperatura. Negativo: - Por tener el sueño ligero, solicitamos una habitación silenciosa, de las opciones había unas sin ventanas.... seleccionamos esa!!... error... resulta que estaba en el primer piso al lado de la gerencia. Desde las 8 de la mañana hasta las 9:00 de la noche y escuchas todas las pláticas y risas de las reuniones de la gerencia. Les dijimos en recepción y nos ofrecieron cerrar la puerta. Nunca lo hicieron - El cubo de las escaleras da a la recepción y a TODAS horas entran los huespedes y NO TIENEN un letrero que bajen la voz, se escuchan todas las risas y plática de los huespedes que llegan

Habitación sin ningún tipo de ventilación natural, la comida del rooftop MUY mala y me obligaron a pagar por la comida que no pude terminar de comer y la propina

The staff was absolutely great, accommodating us and helping us out. We arrived very early, and they did their best to get us into a room ASAP instead of making us wait all day. The room was very nice, and the restaurant's superb food was some of the best around.

La verdad todo estuvo excelente, la atención del personal, las habitaciones, la limpieza y el desayuno.

This hotel is amazing. The staff is so attentive and made all of my accommodations. I would def recommend staying in Itza hotel in the beautiful city of Cuenca! I would come back for sure.

ITZA is our favourite hotel in Ecuador, we have stayed in 6 hotels on our trip. Fantastic, convenient location, attentive service front the Front Desk especially Mable, also Alex in the morning when Mabel is not on duty. Prompt response, organised, accommodating staff. Food is very good in both restaurants, great roof top bar / lounge / restaurant. Nice updated refurbished original historical building. If we ever return to Cuenca, we will definitely sat there again.

Una grata sorpresa en Cuenca: un boutique hotel que combina encanto y comodidad. La decoración es de muy buen gusto, la ubicación es extraordinaria y la infraestructura, sorprendentemente moderna, se integra de manera armoniosa en una casa de arquitectura antigua. ¡Altamente recomendado!

The stay was fantastic. The personnel working at the front were welcoming and extremely helpful. Alex, Mabel, Fernando, and Ana Maria all went above and beyond to help with recommendations and arrangements. The location is perfect and central to all the sites. The decor is luxurious. Everything is what a great hotel should be!

ITZA is a beautiful hotel nestled in the city center of Cuenca. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and exquisite decorated. Room service was great! Breakfast was scrumptious as well as any food ordered. The cocktails were amazing. I highly recommend ITZA Hotel Boutique International.

El cuarto muy pequeño no es para cuatro peormente para cinco. Ademas indicaron que no incluia impuesto ni servicio que expedia estaba equivocado en la tarifa. Un engaño

ITZA AMAZING. The hotel is in a great location easy to walk to areas or catch taxis. Restaurants close by. The hotel is beautiful the rooms are spacious and filled with everything you need and more. The staff was so wonderful. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Five stars is not enough fhey need 10. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Es realmente un boutique hotel de lujo en todos los aspectos. Calidad de sabanas almohadas toallas. Desayuno a la carta incluido. Detalles como al haberseme quedado mi afeitadora, fueron a la farmacia y en 10 minutos me trajeron una de cortesía. Eso es lo que uno espera de un hotel de lijo...felicitaciones
