とても良かったです。 オーナー夫婦は気さくで常に気を配ってくれました。 ツアーの手配も積極的に行ってくれました。 ダウンタウンの中心からほど近いので、立地も最高でした。

子連れの個人旅行で、最初に2泊、間を空けて(スーツケースを置かせてもらい)、その後2泊の計4泊しました。 (宿泊した部屋はpelicano) 清潔感があり、明るく、居心地の良い宿でした。設備だけでなく、宿全体のデザインや、ウミガメをコンセプトにした室内の装飾など、見た目もとても素敵でした。 シャワーは暖かいお湯が勢いよく出て、備え付けのタオルも清潔でした。朝食はパン、ヨーグルト、卵料理、フルーツ、コーヒーで、量も味も満足できました。朝食の時間より早い時間のツアーに参加する日は、前日にランチボックスも用意してくれたので、ありがたかったです。 オーナーのJuan Carlosさんは大変親切でした。ガラパゴスについての情報があまりなく、交通手段やクレジットカードの使用など、現地の情報を宿泊前から問い合わせをしたのですが、大変丁寧に教えてくれました。子どももこちらの宿を大変気に入り、とても楽しい旅行になりました。 フェリーに乗るための港までも歩いて行け、美味しいレストランやお土産屋さんなどがある通りにもアクセスが良く、治安も良いので、移動面での不自由もありませんでした。

This place is magical and beautiful. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Puerto Arroya.

Overall excellent choice for a family stay in Puerto Ayora. Rooms are very clean and spacious and short walk to main ferry pier and lots of restaurants and shopping.

The rooms are adorable and clean and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and it’s a really lovely space and very comfortable. Seven of us stayed there and we all thought it was great. They were very accommodating and extremely courteous.

This was a great stay! The hotel is so cute and the staff is top notch! The rooms were spacious, had plenty of shelving, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is convenient, located near stores, Darwin Ave, restaurants, and bars. It is about a 10 minute walk to the pier, but they will coordinate taxis if you need it. They give you a discount to a local tour agency and restaurant. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I skipped breakfast and told them I was going to Isabela Island and they made a to-go bag for lunch for me. Highly recommend this place!

Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a great location — close to everything but far enough from the noise. Dennis, who runs the place, is welcoming and very accommodating and kind. Everyone and everything was lovely.

Die Hotelanlage war wunderschön gestaltet. Das Zimmer war groß und schön eingerichtet und es gab genug Abstellflächen. Der Außenpool wurde abends noch gerne von unserem Sohn genutzt. Das Frühstück war kein Buffet, sondern wurde zubereitet und war immer sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Man hat sich gleich bei Ankunft wohl gefühlt und wurde bei Abreise noch bis ans Tor gebracht und verabschiedet. Nochmal ganz lieben Dank an Dennis der mit seiner herzlichen Art zu einem wunderschönen Urlaub beigetragen hat.

It’s a cute hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and it was pretty close to the puerto. It was a little noisy at night and we could hear karaoke from our room, but it was a cute place with clean water to drink.

Best hotel in Santa Cruz

For our first trip to the Galapagos, my two friends and I opted for the DIY style of exploring the Galapagos Islands. We wanted to stay at a place that was central to Puerto Ayora, small enough to not feel overwhelmed by tourists, and offered good recommendations for places to explore and restaurants to try. The staff at Maidith Inn delivered on all three! Maidith is a 5-10 minute walk to the busy shopping/dining scene and port from which the ferries depart, but far enough away from the busy street to be quiet at night. It had an intimate vibe, and Denis, the innkeeper for the time being, was there to greet us every morning and evening with kindness, fresh towels, and bottles of water. He provided great recommendations on restaurants to try in addition to the one-page list of dining options that Maidith had for its guests. When booking our reservation, I reached out to Maidith about some recommended places to visit on the way from the airport. For a reasonable price, they connected us with the best taxi driver who picked us up from the airport, took us to Los Gemelos, took us to Frontier Galapagos, where we saw land tortoises and hiked to/from the lava tunnels, and took us to the hotel. This taxi driver was incredibly kind and professional, and we ended up using his services two or three more times during our stay. As a plus, the daily breakfast is fresh and healthy. If traveling alone or with a small group, Maidith Inn could be the perfect option!

This was a great, quaint hotel that was very close to everything but quiet at night. The couple that owns it took great care of us but they do not speak English so be prepared for this. If I ever return I will definitely stay here again.
