とても良かったです。 オーナー夫婦は気さくで常に気を配ってくれました。 ツアーの手配も積極的に行ってくれました。 ダウンタウンの中心からほど近いので、立地も最高でした。

子連れの個人旅行で、最初に2泊、間を空けて(スーツケースを置かせてもらい)、その後2泊の計4泊しました。 (宿泊した部屋はpelicano) 清潔感があり、明るく、居心地の良い宿でした。設備だけでなく、宿全体のデザインや、ウミガメをコンセプトにした室内の装飾など、見た目もとても素敵でした。 シャワーは暖かいお湯が勢いよく出て、備え付けのタオルも清潔でした。朝食はパン、ヨーグルト、卵料理、フルーツ、コーヒーで、量も味も満足できました。朝食の時間より早い時間のツアーに参加する日は、前日にランチボックスも用意してくれたので、ありがたかったです。 オーナーのJuan Carlosさんは大変親切でした。ガラパゴスについての情報があまりなく、交通手段やクレジットカードの使用など、現地の情報を宿泊前から問い合わせをしたのですが、大変丁寧に教えてくれました。子どももこちらの宿を大変気に入り、とても楽しい旅行になりました。 フェリーに乗るための港までも歩いて行け、美味しいレストランやお土産屋さんなどがある通りにもアクセスが良く、治安も良いので、移動面での不自由もありませんでした。

Our stay at the Maidith Galapagos Inn was truly amazing! From the moment we arrived, the hotel’s general manager, and the entire staff made us feel less like guests and more like family. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast each morning was excellent. What made the experience especially memorable, however, was the genuine warmth and care shown by everyone at the hotel. The general manager was always generous with his time and local knowledge. He answered our many questions, helped us make the most of our days on Santa Cruz, and pointed us to the right local contacts when we needed something. On one stressful occasion, when we left an important item in a remote part of the island, he went far beyond anything we could reasonably have expected, helping us explore possible ways to locate it and coordinating assistance with other parties that ultimately led to its recovery. We were incredibly grateful! We would recommend this hotel without hesitation and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you, entire Maidith team, for making our time in Puerto Ayora so special!

Sometimes you go to a place where they make you feel like family. Thats how we felt at Maidith. Elvira and Carlos, the proprietors, were kind, helpful, and just all around amazing people. The hotel is definitely one of the best….the Gaudi inspired architecture is so lovely. The room was spotless our entire stay. The shower was hot and the AC was cold. The hotel is close to everything! 10/10

It was an amazing stay. Nico was so attentive to our needs from getting a taxi to recommending where to eat and what to do. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms spacious and clean. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay and everything was perfect. The breakfast was excellent every morning, and the accommodation was comfortable and welcoming. A special thank you goes to Nico, who was an outstanding host. He was always available to help, gave great advice, and supported us in every situation. We even had an accident during our trip, and Nico went above and beyond to assist us and make sure everything was taken care of. His kindness and support made a huge difference. The Maidith is such a unique hotel. Nico and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We really loved staying here and will definitely stay here next time we come to the Galápagos Islands.

I highly recommend Maidith Galápagos Inn in Puerto Ayora! This charming boutique hotel was the perfect base for our Santa Cruz stay. Location: Super central yet peaceful and quite. Cleanliness: Spotless throughout. Fresh, modern rooms with comfortable beds and a beautiful pool area. Staff & Service: The team is incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. They made everything smoother with great local tips and assistance. Owner Nico: Nico is an outstanding host — warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He shared personal insights, arranged transport, and made us feel like family. Delicious breakfasts, reliable Wi-Fi, and a cozy atmosphere. Perfect for families. We’ll definitely return!

I cannot recommend the Maidith enough. From sitting down with Nico at check in and hearing more about the family history in building the Inn, to the delicious breakfasts, to having SO much filtered water and a mini fridge in the room, not sure they could have done anything else to make our stay amazing. Big room, close to everything but still quiet...and a place that is flat out funky in all the best ways. HUGE shout out to Nico for not just being a resource (we had Angelita do another kilo of laundry around the corner so we could pack light...and he had us come back after staying on Isabella for a few nights so he could help get us a cab to the airport for our journey home)...he is the definition of support! Thanks for doing so much to make our trip fantastic

Niko and his staff were VERY helpful and kind. They made breakfast from scratch every morning. If you couldn’t make breakfast due to a tour, you just had to tell him and he’d make a box lunch instead. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat and his phone number if needed. The Maidith was very clean and decorated in a way that made it feel like home away from home. Thank you, Niko and your Staff! We appreciate you!

This property has character and some charm. The owner went above and beyond to help us arrange transportation, book tours, and assist with our luggage, which made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. The breakfast was simple but thoughtfully prepared and very tasty. Overall, we loved the experience. The staff were the true highlight of our stay—warm, attentive, and always willing to help.

Highly recommend! Nico is the grandson of the owner and currently running the inn. He was so lovely, kind & helpful. He's been on all the tours himself to be able to make the best recommendations and was so great in helping us get our plans reaaranged after we missed out on a day due to not realizing we needed to pre-purchase a TCT card before our fight to the Galapagos (hopefully this note can help others not make the same mistake!). He walked us around the town, went above & beyond in making gluten free accomodations for breakfast and our daily boxed lunch (so cute), and greeted us with a bottle of cold wine when we got in. I hope this family-run inn continues for a long long time.

Nico the manager/receptionist/concierge was great. He was very welcoming when we arrived. He already had the beds arraigned for our unique sleeping requirements. He facilitated transportation to our tours and generally made the stay remarkable. The hotel itself was immaculate, everything was clean and sparkling. Though small the hotel had everything we needed and was located far enough from the main thoroughfare to eliminate noise but close enough to be convenient. Overall a great stay at a nice friendly hotel to enhance our Galapagos vacation.
