La habitación muy acogedora, muy limpia, toallas y sábanas impecables. La atención del personal muy atenta. El desayuno estuvo bueno, relación precio. Lastimosamente la habitación que me tocó estaba en el penúltimo piso debajo del rooftop, el sonido de sillas o no se de qué objeto que constantemente producía ruido nos cortó el sueño, recomendaría aislar el tumbado de esta habitación.

La habitación está mejor de lo que esperaba y el personal fue muy amable, además está súper ubicado

I had the room with jacuzzi. The jacuzzi / shower combination was horrible. The picture of this room very intentionally hides the stupid shower in this room. For five days and nights I’m literally standing in a Jacuzzi showering Basically in the middle of the room. It is the dumbest shower set up I’ve ever seen. Also, this room was very expensive, and it comes with no refrigerator, no heater for a room in a very cold location at night, and no safe box to guard my passport and money. So The entire several days I was here I was hoping someone wouldn’t take my belongings because there’s no safe box which is completely stupid. And then there’s a special horrible bonus of every Morning at 6 A.M. the church next-door, bangs very loud bells for 20 minutes. It is literally impossible to sleep late in the morning because the bells from the church is unimaginably loud Every morning Very early. I suggest the one stays at this hotel.

Sehr gute Lage im Centro Historico. Frühstück nur 3 Sterne und ein kleiner Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer hat leider gefehlt. Late checkout war nicht möglich , nicht mal gegen Bezahlung obwohl noch einige Zimmer frei und buchbar waren auf diversen Plattformen.

Excelente localização, atrás da Catedral Nova, próximo ao Parque Calderón e a ótimos restaurantes. Área muito segura, hotel limpo e confortável, bom café da manhã servido no restaurante na cobertura.

The hotel is in located near to all restaurants and shops in Cuenca

The best part of the hotel was how caring and kind of the staff were during the stay. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that you were comfortable. The Hotel is quaint with modern upgrades, and an amazing rooftop restaurant. The only thing you need to be prepared for is the loud ringing of the church bells early in the morning and the noise from the street, which is inevitable, given how centrally located the hotel is. Otherwise, a great value stay.

Very nice hotel. The reception doesn’t look particularly nice but the rooms are amazing. The staff was also friendly. The hotel doesn’t have a gym but they suggested a park nearby where one can exercise.
