Excelente localização, atrás da Catedral Nova, próximo ao Parque Calderón e a ótimos restaurantes. Área muito segura, hotel limpo e confortável, bom café da manhã servido no restaurante na cobertura.

The hotel is in located near to all restaurants and shops in Cuenca

The best part of the hotel was how caring and kind of the staff were during the stay. Everyone went out of their way to make sure that you were comfortable. The Hotel is quaint with modern upgrades, and an amazing rooftop restaurant. The only thing you need to be prepared for is the loud ringing of the church bells early in the morning and the noise from the street, which is inevitable, given how centrally located the hotel is. Otherwise, a great value stay.

Very nice hotel. The reception doesn’t look particularly nice but the rooms are amazing. The staff was also friendly. The hotel doesn’t have a gym but they suggested a park nearby where one can exercise.

The kitchen was only a sink, cook top, and coffee maker; no frigde or microwave. Water was turned off for repairs originally 1-6 PM, but didn't come back on until 10:30 PM. Construction noises continued until 10:15 PM. There was no hot water the next morning for a shower. The nicest thing was the bed and bedding.

Excellent in everything

The staff was great, friendly and professional. The room was ok, but. I reserved a room with a kitchen and it did not have a refrigerator. That makes the kitchen almost useless. The restaurants bery good, but it was often closed. The few time I was able to eat there it was very good.

The staff are nice and helpful they gave you what you need right away. the room are clean . i will definitely be back to this hotel again. Thank you!

I loved everything about the Vaway in Cuenca, my view was beautiful. Most of all I loved the entire staff. One of the best hotel stays I have had and that was because of the wonderful staff!

Fue un bonito hotel pero tuvimos muchos inconvenientes. Mi estadía fueron 3 noches y la primera noche hubo un evento en donde no pudimos dormir del ruido de la fiesta y el ruido de la calle. Para quienes buscan tranquilidad o están con niños es un hotel poco recomendable y la tercera noche tuvimos una hinundacion en nuestros cuartos que aún es un misterio pues nos dijeron muchas cosas de lo pudo ser. Se cayó el techo de uno de los cuartos y el inodoro encima de una cama,gracias a dios no estuvimos ahí. Pero cuando fui hacer el reclamo me dijeron que por haber hecho en Expedia no podían reembolsar nada y el resto de mi familia lo había hecho directo por el hotel así q mi familia me dio el dinero que le correspondía pagar pero esto fue otro inconveniente. También debo aclarar que el hotel es usado como rooftop como bar entonces no era el evento sino que lo hacen todas las noches
