Better than what i was expecting.

The 5 star property is just by name because the whole resort seems quite run down and poor quality. The rooms had bedding with bubbles on them I had to call someone to come and change the sheets and they asked what the problem was. The bathroom smells of damp and marks all over the tiles of dead mosquitoes. The food is average and the same bland food nothing different. Limited choices same repetitive food with no flavour. Bedrooms are huge but not cleaned thoroughly every day just a sweep and bins emptied and loo roll refilled. It is lacking five star quality unfortunately seems a bit run down and in need of love.

Hôtel très beau et propre, du personnel serviable, souriant et agréable. Le buffet n'est pas dingue on y retrouvera souvent les mêmes choses et la qualités laisse a désiré lorsqu'on est habitués aux standars européens. (Par ex les jus qui ne sont pas des jus de fruits mais des dilutions) il y a un bar à jus de fruits frais hors all inclusif qui propose des jus frais à des prix similaires a la france. Piscine qui ferme assez tôt (18h) et l'accès aux toboggans est aussi sous horaires.

Tres grand hotel Chambre spacieuse , refaite pour certaines Nous avions une chambre supérieure vue jardin . C etait parfait Propreté de l hotel exceptionnelle Seul bemol : fonds marins mediocre mais l hotel n y peut rien !!! Repas tres bons Personnel à l ecoute , bienveillant ++++

The Jasmine resort is a great comfortable family resort. They have good selection of buffet, comfortable spacious rooms and entertainment every night. The downsides for us were as follows: Staff do not seem very friendly especially the male worker in charge of the waffles near the wave pool. I don't think we saw him smile at all in the whole time we were there. He doesn't seem to like his job and very rude serving us. The beauty salon is over priced and quality of treatments are very average. The pools have rules but nobody seems to follow them and this is not managed by the hotel staff. For example everyone reserves beach chairs by draping a towel over it and this happens early morning so there are no shady beach chairs available at all. Overall our stay was comfortable and the entertainment crew and cleaning crew were lovely and did a great job. Next time we would try another resort to compare.

Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse på Jasmin Palace. Hotellet är riktigt familjevänligt och personalen var otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam. Maten höll hög kvalitet med ett brett utbud av rätter att välja mellan – något för alla smaker. Vi ser fram emot att komma tillbaka!

L’hôtel est très joli et très propre. Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour à Jasmine palace. Les chambres sont spacieuses, plage privée est très jolie et l’équipe dans son ensemble est très agréable. Les animations sont agréables et l’hôtel est plutôt bien situé (20min de l’aéroport). J’aurais aimé que les piscines soient chauffées pour que nous puissions en profiter réellement, le ménage quotidien pourrait être un peu plus poussé ( aspirateur et nettoyer sous la cuvette des WC). Le point un peu décevant est la nourriture, car les plats sont toujours très similaires d’un jour à l’autre et ne sont pas toujours très frais… c’est dommage car il y a beaucoup de choix mais au bout d’une semaine on se lasse de manger toujours la même chose.

Would give it a 3 star of three reasons! 1) we requested a Queen size bedroom on Expedia but upon arrival were surprissed with 2 twin beds. Obviously my wife crashed out on reception and they offered to rebook us in a Queen bedroom the next day. 2) food was not cutting it! Maybe because I have an American taste, i was looking for French toast, or desserts, such as cookies, cake or smoothies. Instead they cater to European taste which is bland and has no flavor. Also menus never changes for all 3 meals. Breakfast starts the same, so does lunch, so does dinner. 3) i usually take my work with me on vacation, WiFi kept kicking me out. Lastly, not the resorts fault at all. this place is a bit far from Marina. Resort based taxi charges 9$ or 454 Egy Pound. Which is robbery if you ask me. We had to order Ubers, and even then, uber drivers would ask for cash ~500 starting for a fare that is ~180, you either negotiate to 250 or cancel ride, take screen shot of chat, and complain to uber bout driver so you don’t get hit with cancellation fee. Eventually you’ll get a ride. I would rebook to Hilton, seagull, or a closer city center location for the convenience since we opted to eat out more often than stay at resort. And also booked activities through Get Your Guide app instead of through resort which is ridiculous prices.

Amazing stuff, amazing food, amazing location of the beach. Heated pools we are a family of five and my children loved it. Animations team was an energetic the staff around the hotel were lovely. We want to return one day

Had an amazing stay , staff were lovely , reception, especially Mohamed provided excellent service. Would recommend this place for brilliant all inclusive holidays.

The resort was beautiful. Everything was well kept, food variety was good. Just don’t expect name brand liquor. All Egyptian low brand liquor. Stella Egyptian beer is good, ask for ice. The Egyptian restaurant was poor. The Italian restaurant was okay. The Chinese restaurant was good. The sushi is not real! The beach is no good. You walk all the way out and the water only to your ankles.

Im ganzen und großen super Hotelanlage, sehr freundliche, fröhliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Riesige Auswahl beim Essen im Restaurant. Hervorragende Animateure und abwechslungsreiche Programme. Nachteil, dass es oft Ebbe gegeben hat, dadurch beschränkte Möglichkeit ins Meer baden. Beim Duschen ins Zimmer keine kalte Wasser eher nur warm. Überteuerte Preise für Souvenire ins Hotel und in der Apotheke. Muss man überall handeln, sogar in der Apotheke

Mooie overzichtelijke accomodatie met vriendelijk personeel. Zo veilig dat je je telefoon op de tafel kan laten liggen

Das Personal war wirklich sehr sehr nett und hat einem immer geholfen. Die Anlage ist sehr groß, dementsprechend muss man unter umständen viel laufen. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern da (1 1/2, 6 und 10), das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Kleines Manko waren die Kinderstühle (es gab nur 4 Stück) und es gab keine kleinen Löffel/gabel. Da könnte man für ganz kleine Kinder echt noch was machen. Hier und da, könnte man die Sauberkeit auch verbessern. Es war ein schöner Urlaub :-)

Lovely friendly staff around the resort. Ample sized room. Perfectly maintained grounds. Very nice family holiday.

Blev uppgraderade till ett rum med fin havsutsikt. Överlag är hotellet jättefint. Speciellt pooler, trädgårdar och piren ut på revet men i detaljerna är det ganska slitet.

Leider sind die Nasszellen sehr alt, sonst eine schöne Anlage.
