Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich, saubere Zimmer und saubere Anlage. Kaffee ist leider nur aus dem Automaten und das Hausriff ist ziemlich grau.

Personal war nett. Ausstattung und Essen war gut. Zimmer waren sauber. Reception Personal war nicht so nett da sie nicht sehr freundlich waren wegen Zimmerwechsel.

L’hôtel est vraiment agréable : le personnel est à la fois aimable et compétent, et la nourriture y est excellente. En revanche, je vous déconseille vivement d’y tomber malade. J’ai dû consulter un médecin en urgence à cause de vomissements incessants. Malgré nos demandes répétées, il a refusé de nous communiquer le prix de la consultation, et à la fin, il nous a facturé 1 040 € sans même inclure les médicaments !!!! C’est tout simplement aberrant ! Je peine à croire que l’hôtel ne contrôle pas ce genre de pratiques. Pour ce tarif, on peut littéralement se refaire toutes les dents en Égypte… Pour information, le coût moyen d’une consultation chez un médecin privé en Égypte se situe entre 15 et 40 $ US pour un généraliste. Ce qui s’est passé relève donc clairement du vol pur et simple, d’autant qu’ils ont refusé tout geste commercial.

Tout est nickel, le personnel est au petit soin et ce peu importe le moment de la journée.

Gute Buffet- und A la carte Restaurants sowie Bars, verschiedene Abend- und Kinderunterhaltung, Sportprogramme und Events tagsüber. Kein Baden im Meer möglich, der Steg zum Schnorcheln ist noch im Bau, dafür gute Wasserpark-Anlagen. Badezimmer müssten renoviert werden. Aufdringliche Verkäufer (Ausflüge, Spa etc.) in der Anlage. Es hat genügend Liegestühle und das Presonal bringt sie, jedoch sind nicht genügend Sonnenschirme/Schattenplätze vorhanden. Viele Liegestühle werden ausserdem frühmorgens schon besetzt, die Entfernung der Tücher wird mittels Zettel angedroht, jedoch nicht durchgesetzt.

Weinig communicatie over de activiteiten die er staan te gebeuren aan het zwembad. Begin oktober moet je nog steeds vroeg opstaan om een bedje te bemachtigen aan het zwembad. Eten was steeds hetzelfde.

Im Grossen und Ganzen war es ein guter Aufenthalt. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer sowie draussen bei den Pools war erstaunlich. Es wurde ständig überall gereinigt. Pools wurden in den frühen Morgenstunden gründlich gereinigt. Essen war keine riesieger Auswahl, jedoch abwechslungsreich, ausser das Frühstück, war immer das selbe. Es wird einem nicht langweilig. Man hat viele Pools für Gross und Klein. Die Angestellten waren meistens freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei unserer Reservation gab es einen Fehler und das wurde nicht so gut angenommen, wobei es auch nicht unser Fehler war. Wir hätten in der Nacht abgeholt werden müssen und standen 20 Minuten bei unserem Zimmer. (Mein Kind und ich wurden während dem Aufenthalt krank). Sind letztendlich zur Rezeption gelaufen. Einen Abend davor habe ich den Check-Out persönlich bei der Rezeption gemeldet. Zusätzlich sollten wir nich länger warten, bis jemand unser Zimmer kontrolliert. Was sich schon fast zur einer halben Stunde Verspätung rauszögerte. Eine Entschuldigung wäre das mindeste gewesen. Jedoch gibt es manchmal solche Fälle. Ich würde trotzdem das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

We stayed at Jazz Aqua Marine and Jazz Bluemarine in Hurghada and it was truly an amazing experience. The resort is perfect for families, especially if you have kids. The aqua park and water slides are fantastic and kept everyone entertained all day. The service is exceptional. Staff are friendly, attentive, and everything feels well organized. One of the things I loved most is that it’s one of the few all-inclusive resorts in Egypt where you don’t need to queue or hustle for drinks. Everything is easily accessible and well stocked. There are food venues everywhere, with plenty of variety during all main meals and snacks in between, so you’ll never go hungry. The only downside is the beach. It’s very shallow, which makes it great for kids who can’t swim yet, but not ideal for adults looking to swim or snorkel. That said, the rest of the facilities more than make up for it. Overall, it’s a family haven. Relaxing, fun, and stress free. Highly recommended for families with kids. 10/10!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Die Lage ist perfekt – zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles

There is discrimination in treatment between foreigners and egyptions, ex. St the pool bar My wife requested one mug to make moka from machine and the waiter ignored for 15 min. But obe a foreigner requested immediately broght to her. Will not repeat this ezperience ot recommend to a friend

Les piscines

Second time here. The (multiple!) main restaurant food is good. Not spectacular, The a la carte restaurants excellent. We went here for the kids. 5 aquapark areas. 2 for very little kids; one right up at the top of Bluemarine (2 flumes + some smaller slides), the other one down near the beach (some slides). These are suitable for infants and of little interest to my (strong swimmer) 6 year old. There are then 3 other parks. One in Bluemarine with 5 flumes, another on the left of the beach with 6 larger flumes, including a inflatable ring flume, then the main inflatable ring park with inflatable 3 ring flumes. 120cm height limit posted on all of them which seemed fair, but in true Egyptian style, theres a tape across the rulers at 130cm. My 6 year old is 125cm and was only put up against the ruler once but after reassurance from me that he could swim was allowed to ride Again, smaller kids in arm bands were being allowed on, take 120cm as the limit though. Pools were great, lots of them, all quite shallow and great for playing with the kids. One pool reserved for adults. We did walk out over the sand to snorkel a few times along the reef. And theres a new pier being constructed right now to facilitate this more which will probably be a couple of months in construction. You can get a bitnof snorkeling in, but its a 10 minute walk and then a bit of a swim to get to the interesting reef. We used the on-site, Egypt lnternational for snorkeling trips and diving trips.

Personnel de l’hôtel disponible et réactifs, soucieux du confort du client. Plusieurs piscines , grand hôtel donc transat disponibles. Calme dans l’ensemble . Très Bonne nourriture, plusieurs restaurant ce qui permet de varier . Chambres spacieuses. Hotel idéales en famille

Dommage que nous n'ayons pas accès aux resto à la carte plus facilement; le personnel autour de la piscine trop stricte surtout avec les enfants

Ich muss nicht viel dazu sagen .. es war ein winderschöner urlaub und bin froh dort gebucht zu haben. sehr sehr empfehlenswert

Groot mooi en netjes hotel. Genoeg mogelijkheden om te eten. Altijd plaats bij een van de zwembaden. Vriendelijk Engels sprekend personeel. Aanrader.
