The hotel, pools, beach, and spa are all great! I had some excellent massages. The manicure and pedicure was not good. The therapist even cut my finger quite deep that it was bleeding. The bed is very comfortable and the A/C works really well in the rooms. the room is very big and very nice. Except the carpet, which was stained. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. WIFI is ok but not great. It wasn't possible to stream Video correctly. I had some issues with the food unfortunately. I got severe stomach cramps after 3 seperate dinners in their restaurants (Matsu, Masala and the new years eve buffet) I only ate or drank at the hotel the whole week I was there. The food didn't taste bad so I guess it was some bacteria or something not clean. This new areas Sahl Hasheesh is a bit empty still. It's being developed. So there aren't that many non-hotel guests around. It's a bit eery walking along the beach at night. Bit of ghost town. You don't hear the construction from the hotel which is good. Das Hotel macht äußerlich einen sehr guten Eindruck, die Zimmer sind nicht auf dem gleichen Niveau, im Badezimmer wackeln Armaturen, die WC Spülung hakt, usw. Zudem war das Housekeeping nachlässig. Es fehlten entweder Handtücher, Getränke in der Minibar oder Kaffee. Das hat sich nach der 4. Beschwerde gebessert. Ansonsten war das Personal freundlich und schnell. Die Extra Restaurants waren mit einer guten Auswahl an Gerichten ausgestattet und hier waren Service und Qualität gut. Im Hauptrestaurant fehlte es manchmal an Kleinigkeiten. Tische wurden zwar neu eingedeckt aber vorher nicht abgewischt. Naja passiert ist aber dann nicht 5 Sterne Niveau. Das kenne ich aus Ägypten anders. Im großen und ganzen war es okay aber nach der Beschreibung und den Bewertungen war die Erwartung eine andere.

This is a very nice all inclusive on the Red Sea. We had a private pool suite - very large room and very nice. The food at this resort is excellent. The Internet is very slow and generally the service at the pool and the beach is very slow as well. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay and we would stay here again.

This was our fourth time at this hotel, as usual everything was perfect. The staff work tirelessly to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. There is no loud music, no beach sports, no children, no nightclubs just peace and relaxation. The food choice is excellent, five themed restaurants as well as a snack bar and a main buffet restaurant which is themed differently every night. Highly recommended!!

Staff went above & beyond to ensure our needs were met. Celebrated my birthday with free gestures. My only complaint is that the Uber app does not function on property. I had to have our daughter book from Cairo. The reason is that thr resort charges $40 to order an Uber. Booking through the app was only $9 USD for the same ride.

This place is a really nice getaway. However, if you are American, more specifically, African American, anticipate stares from the European guests. We were told that not many Americans frequent Hurghada, hence the stares. It became quite uncomfortable after a while. Otherwise, the resort is beautiful and so is the beach! One of the best beaches I have ever been to. The service was good as well. The food was better than most resorts, as the buffet had many options for lunch and dinner. The rooms were EXTREMELY clean and the housekeeping staff did a tremendous job every day!

Les points positifs : - les installations - la restauration - le personnel de chambre et des restaurants Les points négatifs : - les massages au spa (passez votre chemin, personnel non formé donc sans intérêt surtout au vu du prix) - le personnel à l'accueil désagréable Dans l'ensemble nous avons passez un bon séjour mais l'hôtel ne mérite pas selon nous plus de 8/10

Bel hotel, très belle plage (mais quelques coraux / roches, j’ai nagé avec des chaussures aquatiques pour pas me faire mal, pas de méduses) Chambre superbe (jacuzzi et piscine privative) mais le jacuzzi dégageait une odeur de renfermée et il fallait appeler du personnel pour y faire couler l’eau L’eau de la piscine privée est froide malgré des températures de l’air élevées Le personnel est extrêmement froid surtout au bar de la plage on ne vous sert pas avec le sourire, le barman regarde sa carte pour faire l’addition car il ne connait pas les prix et lorsque vous commandez une boisson depuis votre transat le service est long Malgré le drapeau rouge on vous dérange pour des soins, des massages, des propositions d’excursions… c’est lourd ! Le personnel de réception à l’accueil est également froid, il manque de professionnalisme et de formation (check in et check out horrible). Le manager est bon et professionnel mais les autres j’ai pas aimé. Bref l'endroit est beau, on y mange bien, mais gâché par les personnes qui y travaillent.

Local muito bom, talvez, perfeito. Bela praia, staff atencioso, boa comida e restaurantes. Local limpo, bonito, higiênico. As bebidas alcoólicas poderiam ser feitas com mais qualidade, mas nada que estragou minha estadia. Excelente!
