We enjoyed the pool

Very very very nice resort, excellent staff, rooms nice and clean, food is amazing and all the atmosphere is amazing, definitely will come back again soon

This is a very nice all inclusive on the Red Sea. We had a private pool suite - very large room and very nice. The food at this resort is excellent. The Internet is very slow and generally the service at the pool and the beach is very slow as well. Overall, this was an excellent place to stay and we would stay here again.

This was our fourth time at this hotel, as usual everything was perfect. The staff work tirelessly to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. There is no loud music, no beach sports, no children, no nightclubs just peace and relaxation. The food choice is excellent, five themed restaurants as well as a snack bar and a main buffet restaurant which is themed differently every night. Highly recommended!!

Staff went above & beyond to ensure our needs were met. Celebrated my birthday with free gestures. My only complaint is that the Uber app does not function on property. I had to have our daughter book from Cairo. The reason is that thr resort charges $40 to order an Uber. Booking through the app was only $9 USD for the same ride.

This place is a really nice getaway. However, if you are American, more specifically, African American, anticipate stares from the European guests. We were told that not many Americans frequent Hurghada, hence the stares. It became quite uncomfortable after a while. Otherwise, the resort is beautiful and so is the beach! One of the best beaches I have ever been to. The service was good as well. The food was better than most resorts, as the buffet had many options for lunch and dinner. The rooms were EXTREMELY clean and the housekeeping staff did a tremendous job every day!

Nice hotel with good staff, good location by the beach

First time we have visited Hurghada and had a lovely experience. From arrival to departure everything was first class. The staff went above and beyond for you and nothing was any problem. Would highly recommend Kaisol Romance Resort.

First time in Egypt, we chose a great location, hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Always smiling and very polite and helpful. Will definitely give the hotel another visit in the future.

This hotel looks truly impressive. The rooms are huge. Everywhere is exceptionally clean. The beach is awesome and service here, and only here was very good. It’s Winter, but the entertainment is outside, not good for the performers and bar staff were hard to find. We were a party of 7 but not once, inside or out, did staff move tables/chairs to accommodate our group. Food was average, coffee bad and drinks very poorly made and the quality of spirits was cheap. The heated pool had only a few sun loungers, rooms in the immediate vicinity were being renovated, and at this bar, all inclusive wine was not made available, only additional charge bottles ! I raised this with management who stated that glasses for the wine could not be used in the pool area, however, a small fruit and no alcohol buffet used glass flutes for a guava cocktail. Some staff were non-plussed, and needed re-educating in basic customer service, others were very hard working. It lacked passion, soul and a common goal to be the best it could be. I was offered a late checkout to compensate for issues raised, which I didn’t use but appreciated. This hotel was very highly recommended and maybe I just picked the wrong 3 days to be there - I hope that your experience is a 5 star one !

Great service and food. Employee Improvements reqd: Reda (the concierge) has no Customer Service skills, he is constantly busy on his mobile phone and so provides no help whatsoever to guests. Unfortunately, the Customer Service Team at the main desk also did very little to provide any help and support. Please note that all restaurants must be booked 48hrs in advance. Some employees mention it's 24hrs and some say 48hrs. The booking service needs improving. Doesn't tell you what restaurants are open on what days! You can exchange currency to Egyptian Pounds in the machines within the hotel, however, if you want smaller denominations to give to the employees as tips, don't expect anyone at the hotel to help. Their answer was: "we don't keep any local Egyptian currency"!!! Everyone else at the hotel were Outstanding. Huge Thank You to: Sveltana (Customer Service Manager) who works long hours and is always willing to help with any questions/requests. Hashim (Restaurant Manager) - went above and beyond from day 1. Thank you for everything you did for us. Mustafa (Head Chef) and Rajendra (chef at Indian restaurant): thank you for being so helpful and accommodating by making vegetarian dishes for us. Raj, the veg food you made was outstanding :-) Naglaa - always has a smile on her face and greets everyone with a warm welcome. Karim (manages poolside area) - you are constantly busy, always happy and always willing to help everyone. Ahmed - thanks for the exceptional drinks service

Amazing place sea was crystal clear very comfortable and relaxed adults only environment

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, really relaxing with all staff more than happy to help you with anything. Food was plentiful and the hotel was clean, tidy and welcoming. The swim up pool to our room was good with a friendly drink and towel service from the pool attendant. I would definitely book again.

Everything is excellent pools, Room , food and quietness The only think i didn't like that the fresh juice is only with breakfast and the night show is not so good

Over all stay at Kaisol Romance was good with room for improvement in house keeping and beach area . Friendly staff esp Serlyn at the main restaurant was an absolute delight . It would be a good idea to display the entertainment program schedule on a a screen near the restaurant or send a printed paper with schedule to the rooms as we felt like missing most of the shows cause it starts early while we were having our dinner .

Room service is terrible, they dont answer your call unlessyou try for few times and when they do it takes them 20 to 30 minues to get your needs. Also no snack bar near the beach.

The Staff: work sometimes 16hr days and do their best to speak i the language of thwir guests. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of. Somwtimea their responses are curt, but never rude. They are mostly cheeky and full of vibrant banter when able. The hotel: if you can, get a sea view room. The roms with the Jacuzzi are on the internal side of the hotel. The decor is veryuch in the region of opulence. There are a few fine touches that have let the place down but you can ignore them and be very comfortable.

Attallah really took care of me. He made sure all my concerns were addressed. He did an amazing job cleaning my room and made the extra efforts to make sure the room was decorated nicely. A special thank you also goes out to Mahmoud at the Golf Cart Rental. Both Attallah and Mahmoud sure my experience at the hotel was amazing. They provided me with great customer service and I truly appreciate all their efforts. Additionally the food and drinks served at the hotel were equally as good, with a lot of options and varieties to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The hotel & room was lovely. The swimming pools where smaller than expected. The location is quite, which we wanted, but more remote than we expected, it wasn't as easy to nip into Hurghada, as you might think. The staff really made the place, but they where always super busy, so on occasions forgot our drinks order, but really apologies for it. I would stay again. Top tip, remember to haggle on the cost of the spa treatment & boat trips.
