客室も綺麗でスタッフの皆さんもとても親切でした。 ありがとうございました。 立地も最高でみなさんにお勧めしたいです。

とても清潔でした。少しうるさいエリアではあります。

お店が位置している場所は、悪くない。ただ、ダウンタウンに面している為、うるさい。海外では、耳栓は必須なのでその辺りは我慢できる範囲かと。 ただ、エレベーターがチェックイン時に渡されるチップで起動するので、最初は階段で上に上がる必要がある。 また早い便で着いたので、チェックインをしようとするとアリーチェックイン代を請求(15ドル=約3,000円)、私が渋っていると、10ドルまで減額。。君にはその価値はないのかと。宿泊代と同じくらいの請求するとは。今思えば、エジプシャンの強欲な性格はこの頃から垣間見れていた。 結局は、トイレを借りて荷物を置いて、すぐさま外へ。 朝食も部屋食になり、電話してから30分程度かかる。 バスタオルも言わないと、もらえない。三人ぐらいのスタッフに言って、やっともらえた。 二度目はあるかと聞かれると、ない。 断言する。

Conveniently located in the centre of downtown, it is easy to get anywhere. The Archaeological Museum is about 1.5 km away and can be reached on foot. Breakfast is included and delivered to your room, but I had to wait an hour. I think it's a great service if you have time to spare. The staff were friendly.

スタッフの方の対応がとても良かった。 訪問の機会があったらまた泊まりたい。 繁華街にあり夜は毎日活気があり安全です。 旅人のマナーとして出会う方には必ず挨拶が必要です。 私はEgyptをRespectしてます。 今回訪問して心から感じました。 また、Egyptはチップ文化ですので大手スーパー、博物館以外では必ずして下さい。 shkran lak

ダウンタウンにあるホテルで、カイロ博物館などの観光スポットへのアクセスが良く、周辺にレストランがたくさんあり賑やかで便利です。部屋はダブルベッドで広く綺麗でした。受付のスタッフのサービスが素晴らしく、オススメのレストランを教えてもらったり、急なでぃろまむ

Good Hotel

場所がとても便利でスタッフはとても親切でした。カイロ市内観光におすすめです。

ホテルの入り口を見つける看板が小さくて分かりずらかつた。 Orabi駅の近くで便利だつた。 スタッフは、皆親切！ ただ、深夜に何か機械の音が聞こえてうるさかった。

Great stay at Sama Hotel. The AC worked perfectly, which made the room very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with delicious local cuisine, and the staff were extremely respectful and welcoming throughout our stay. Uber worked great .

Perfect please and all staff very good

1. Room was reasonably clean 2. Sama and the hotel manager were good and helpful. But the caretaker doesn’t understand English. No one explained that we needed to explicitly request for room cleaning. So, on first day when we returned from outdoor activities, we found our room wasn’t cleaned. But interestingly someone came and took away all the towels. We had to go to 6th floor ( that’s where the reception is) to get a couple of towels. An uncomfortable experience. 3. The elevator doesn’t work without fob that comes with the room key. So, you need to climb all the way up to 6th floor with all your bags when you arrive for the first time and climb down with all your items from 6th floor as you won’t have the fob in either time. Not a good experience. 4. Breakfast is served in the room. But it is unpredictable and different each day. It seems foods are brought from some local restaurants. Coffee comes cold as there is no lead on the cups. Also breakfast items are not good. One good thing though is that they box it for you if you need to step out early. 5. The picture I saw during booking vs what we got are different. Our window was on a dingy and dilapidated side. Will upload pic as a proof. Pretty bad experience.

Very cool

At check in we were given a 4 single beds rooms (as free upgrade). Then an hour later we were told that this room was just for 1 night. For the other 2 nights we would have needed to move to another room with 2 single bed. Funny thing is that we had book a room with 2 queen size bed. The room was acceptable but super small and definately not what we had booked.

The hotel is ok, if you want to stay some nights in Downtown Cairo with a lot of restaurants around. The staff of the hotel is very kind. Especially Sama, the young lady at the reception, deserves the highest praise. She is very professional, her English is very good, she was very helpful and gave a lot of interesting advices. It shoud be mentioned, that breakfast is only served in the hotel rooms and that the hotel is located in three floors of an old building. Only the hotel floors are clean and tidy.

The hotel is in the heart of old Cairo. The area is very vibrant but noisy and crowded. We really enjoyed staying there. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean and newly renovated, housekeeping cleaned promptly when requested and they were more than happy to provide extra towels upon request. The breakfast was always yummy and freshly prepared. Given the location of the hotel, the sound wasn’t too bad. Cairo is a loud city so if you need silence to sleep, being ear plugs. Or maybe Cairo isn’t the city for you. I’m glad we stayed downtown as we really got to experience Cairo and not just the tourist curated sections like the Mena house, pyramids, or GEM (although those places are still worth the visit). If I have the opportunity to come back to Egypt I would definitely stay again.
